Marlene welcomed us in a very friendly way, showed us the most important thing right away, and the fireplace was already fired. There's a whole chest to the edge full of firewood, and there would be even more in the back of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, no lack of pots, pans, baking sheet and rust, bowls and much more. The fact that there is no Wi-Fi there is absolutely good. A very nice apartment furnished with attention to detail - highly recommended!

We were warmly welcomed by Ute, her husband Norbert& dog Ella & were able to spend a few relaxing days in Sandberg in the beautiful Rhön. The property is very family friendly& comfortable. Ute and Norbert were great hosts. Just the right place for big and small nature and animal lovers

We stayed at Sonja's for the second time, this time in the upper apartment. It was relaxed as always and the location is truly uniquely lonely and peaceful. The equipment of the apartment is great and Sonja is a courteous and helpful host. I'd love to come back:)

The stay was very spontaneous. And it was only possible to arrive at night. - This was also no problem for the landlady. The key safe was easy to find. Access easily accessible even in the dark. Unfortunately, parking is very limited. Personally, I wasn't very bothered. The apartment is well furnished. I didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped with the kitchen. Living room, bedroom, bathroom meet the standard. Towels and linen provided. Everything was as described. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating. And always responded to my questions promptly. My first Airbnb booking and already the best.

The house more than fulfilled our idea. It is very new, well maintained and cozy. Everything was tiptop and sparkling clean. When you step out the door, you can immediately hike and then relax in the quickly heated sauna. The kitchen is wonderfully furnished (there are actually sharp knives!) and offers plenty of storage space for the things you bring with you. You should bring your own basic equipment (vinegar, oil, spices). Ingolf even provided us with two high chairs and a crib for our young children - thank you so much for that!If you do not use the fireplace, everything is child-friendly (sockets at light switch level). Unfortunately, the bedrooms cannot be completely darkened (e.g. for lunch nap).

We felt very comfortable and were absolutely satisfied with the bright apartment, it has everything you need for a few days. Communication was quick and easy! Thanks!
