Extremely clean apartment. Looks even bigger and nicer than the pictures. Kitchen with everything you need including salt, sugar, oil , plastic wrap and more. Bed comfortable!! Quiet with great view. Proper crib and no travel cot with loud mattress including pillow and blanket. Especially in the winter with a child, the apartment was nice and warm. Jörg lives under the apartment. Very nice contact!!

Short and concise, we made ourselves very welcome. Sebastian is a very likeable, open-minded and helpful person. The apartment was very clean. If we needed anything else, our concern was met. We stayed with Sebastian as a small family and can only highly recommend the apartment.

We had a very nice time. In the morning you come to visit the deer:) The pathway to get the house is a bit difficult to pass with the stroller, but it is incredibly quiet. The toboggan slope opposite the main road is of course also great, if you are lucky enough to have snow. Thanks so much for the nice time

We were on site as a group of four for a weekend in Wernigerode/Schierke and were directly enthusiastic about the accommodation. The host always responded to our questions the same day and was very accommodating with the last minute rebooking of our visit, due to a private emergency. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your reliability and goodwill! The accommodation itself was clean, furnished as described (as a small info: instead of an oven there is a microwave with oven function, which also worked well) and prepared the beds for us according to our wishes. However, most importantly - we felt right at home there! The location of the accommodation was good according to our requirements, shopping and coming to the bakery in the morning was very easy. All in all we had an excellent and relaxing stay and would book Villa Charlotte next time too!

We had a great stay in the apartment, which has a great historic old building flair. The place was very clean, the beds comfortable and the check in and check out with the hostess was straightforward. For us, it was a good starting point to explore Hessian Switzerland by bike, also Kassel is not far...

I spent three days in this apartment. The host was always available, answered all my questions and gave helpful tips for skiing. The apartment is well located, you can walk 5 minutes to the main street with shops and restaurants. I didn't miss anything in the apartment. It was a great weekend. Thank you

We liked the place. Everything was very clean and tidy and you had a nice view. The beds were large and comfortable . We and the children were very happy about the Christmas tree with the beautiful lights in the living room. Because that's how a little pre-Christmas atmosphere came up with us. With the many Airbnb we've had lately, this detail stands out clearly and shows that the host does not offer his place here 08/15. A big THUMBS up for it.

The "Alte Haus" is a super charming historic house in the Harz with a perfect location for exploring the Harz. Bakeries, restaurants and many nearby hiking and excursion destinations. Renske is a top host and not only prepared everything great for us, was always approachable and gave us great tips, but also furnished the house very lovingly, so we all felt very at home. Many thanks for this and absolute recommendation!

I had an extremely pleasant stay with my son in the very nice, very tasteful and cozily furnished apartment. It all worked out. In addition to the very cozy sofa, the great TV and the beautiful dining table, the kitchenette was also both visually very attractive and everything you needed was available. The beautiful pre-Christmas decoration was particularly appealing. Other highlights were a great shower and lovely bedrooms. And to stand out is also the beautiful view of Braunlage from the balcony.
