It was the perfect size for what we needed.

We had a great time at this cabin, it was very well maintained and had beautiful views. In a very peaceful location. The hosts were quick to respond and checked in on us during our stay. We would love to come back someday! This was our first time using AirBnb and we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful peaceful place , private and easy to find , clean, neat . I loved it only suggestions is bring spray for the nats inside they were annoying it was better sitting outside no bug problems. Lol 😆 🤣

This place was magical. We stayed for two nights after a big snow storm and it looked like an absolute dream. Definitely use a good vehicle to get out here in the winter, some side streets are less plowed, but oh my word was it beautiful. Stocked with the bare necessities, it was nice and cozy, loved the wood fire place. But what really stood out was the surroundings - absolutely gorgeous and feels very private. I'm sure it's lovely in the summer to go down to the lake, we however really enjoyed the hot tub surrounded by snowy trees. It stayed nice and warm even with lots of use in super cold temps. Use of laundry was a bonus. Watching the sun rise over the lake from the back porch was exquisite, we hope to come back.

Awesome place for any occasion

We had a fantastic stay at Chip's place! The house is absolutely adorable and spotlessly clean. The large fenced-in yard was a huge bonus for our two labs—they loved it! Fenced yards can be hard to find, so we were especially grateful for this feature. The house itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. Although we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the arcade games or ping pong, the basement was charming and cozy—a perfect spot to hang out! The only minor feedback would be that the couch wasn’t the most comfortable, and the Nest thermostat took a little trial and error to figure out. But these were very small things in an otherwise amazing stay! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others, especially if you are traveling with your pups! Thanks for a great stay!

The cottage was the perfect location for my getaway weekend with friends! Not only was it serene and quiet, it was picturesque. The location is just outside of Traverse City for those looking to travel there. Inside was cozy and welcoming. The space itself is curated for connection with the big screen movie projector, game room, multiple board games and fully functional kitchen; not to mention it's right on the water with an outdoor shower. The space needed to be warmed with a few space heaters, but there were more than enough to keep us toasty through the chilly evenings. I would gladly come back to the cottage!

Mary and Bill were the perfect hosts! The house was immaculate! The detailed guide for the house and surrounding area was incredible. From the hot tub, which was almost always being used....to the welcoming gifts....to the FULLY stocked kitchen with easy to use appliances....SUPER comfortable bedding....fun and entertainment throughout...the ONLY thing that would have made the trip better was a little less snow!! Thank you Mary for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints! Location is beautiful and so peaceful. It just feels like home from the minute you walk in. We’ll be back for sure!
