Amazing place. Very beautiful house. It's quiet and amazing views. Very large space inside and out. The host is helpful, very good communication with a beautiful welcome. Let's not forget that it also provided products for consumption like breakfast ingredients for example. We enjoyed the place our whole family with our dogs and at the first opportunity we would like to visit Panayiotis' place again for more days.

Nadia and Alkis were amazing, helpful and welcoming hosts! The flat was super spacious, amazingly clean and very well equipped. The shower was so nice and hot and the balcony views of cats and birds were greatly appreciated by my toddler. Would 100% recommend.

Caroline and Peter welcomed us very warmly in their little paradise and let us participate in their rich Greek experiences. They lovingly prepare an incredibly delicious and varied breakfast that we were able to enjoy in their Mediterranean garden and created a relaxed feeling of relaxation. The studios offer everything you need and also have a cozy place to sit outside. We enjoyed this experience very much and are very grateful to both of them for their hospitality and attention! We loved our three night stay at Petreas Tower. The location, historic ambiance and thoughtful attention and care to every detail by Litsa made our time in Kardamyli magical. It’s an easy and beautiful walk to the charming center of town, market and beaches. The tavern next store is a huge plus with another great view and fantastic food. We’ll cherish memories of our time there. It truly is a special place and experience.

Giannis was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from the window, and we were even greeted in the morning by some adorable stray cats at our door! The only thing to know is that the village of Tripi is quite small, and did not have many options for food when we visited (outside of peak season). Giannis suggested a country taverna which had lovely food, but would have been difficult to access for those with limited Greek (we were lucky enough to meet someone who could translate). If you're willing to drive to Mystras or Sparta, you'll find plenty of good places to eat. This was a great stay, and we would highly recommend it to those visiting Mystras, Taygetos, and the surrounding area.

Very clean, very modern, cute little place. A touch on the small side, but was a perfect little getaway for two people. Conveniently located a few blocks from many restaurants, and bakeries. A short drive to multiple beaches. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is very well located, very convenient to the city and quiet.The whole accommodation was spacious and clean.The kitchen is very well stocked and very thoughtful for residents.Clean sleeping and comfortable.The host had turned on the air-conditioning in every room for us when we arrived, and drinking flat-filled water had been cooled in the fridge.The arrangement and decorations in the house reveal the master's high quality of life and enjoy it.Once we got there, the owner made a careful account of every single item of supplies in the house and we felt like we were back home.Highly recommend the apartment, it was perfect.If I ever come back again, I will definitely stay here again.

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

As a regular visitor to Kalamata with my family of 4 I have to say this apartment met all our expectations and beyond. We stayed here for 2 weeks and the apartment was very clean and spacious, the bedrooms were huge, large open plan living area and the kitchen was well stocked and clean for all your cooking needs, there were 2 toilets and 1 bathroom which was great, there were also large private balconies throughout all 3 bedrooms and the main living are as well. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Our host Antonis was always very responsive to all our questions and was one of the friendliest people I have met. If you’re looking for a short or long stay I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again, we will definitely be back next year. Many Thanks again Peter

This is a lovely large apartment with three bedrooms and a living room. There is also a large terrace with a seating area. Billiards in the living room is a great pastime. Our sons held tournaments every day. The apartment is located right on the main street of the city. There are many restaurants and shops just around the corner. A delicious grocery gift was waiting for us. It was very necessary. Everything was fine. You need to know that there is no elevator in the house and that there is a quiet time from 15 to 17-30, which is strictly guarded by the neighbor from below.

When we booked on airbnb we weren't aware that searocks is a complex delivering services including breakfast, bar, lunch and diner. We have been delighted to meet Christos and his team who are kind and offering a tailor made service. The villas are well equiped and offering the expected privacy. We can have been noisy with our kids but were always feeling independant in this complex which was one of our expectations.

Warm hospitality in a very beautiful village, with a small square where you can enjoy everything. Sotiris is very kind and his mother is extremely available to serve and offer all kinds of goodies. A little more comfortable couch and a little more comfortable mattress would complement the already comfortable stay. Overall I felt like I was in my village and I was hosted by a beloved aunt.

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

Caroline and Peter are extremely welcoming and caring. We got a fresh and varied breakfast every day. The studio is cozy and has nice and practical extras. The bed sleeps wonderfully. Caroline and Peter give a lot of tips about sights and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay with them, the beautiful garden, the bay with beach beds and the nice restaurants nearby. As a side note, we can mention that the cooking facilities in the studio are limited and that having a car is a must. In addition, the roads in the immediate area are unpaved.

Very nice little hotel in a quaint, quiet town in the Mani Penninsula. We had a nice meal at the restaurant and bar in the town square (get the Portokalopita). Getting in and out of the town is a little work so plan to make your drives in and out in the day time if possible.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

A well-lit living area features a light-colored sofa and a matching loveseat, complemented by a dining table with four chairs. A decorative painting adorns the wall, and a potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space.

We rent the apartment for 2 weeks. Anastasia and her brother have been great hosts and make all processes very easy. The house is perfectly located between city center and the beach all within walk distance of minutes. Near by they are a lot of local restaurants and a big supermarket. Furthermore the local bus stop is also steps away from the front door. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wonderful balcony and air-condition. Highly recommend!!!!! Really good value for money!!!

The flat is really big, clean and well equipped. Georgia is super helpful, providing great travel ideas. Located In the center of the town. Everything walkable. Two issues: wifi available only part of the time (Georgia says she is changing providers), and location near a church with morning bells and chanting. But roll with it and enjoy a lovely 5-star home and hosting. Thanks Georgia.
