Vacation rentals with a pool in Kaipara District

I had the most incredible stay at this stunning Airbnb home! From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of the immaculate condition of everything. The grounds were so large and beautiful, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere that was truly unforgettable. The cleanliness of the home made it feel like a home away from home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The accommodation was immaculate, comfortable and relaxing. Close to local amenities and the pool was such a treat. Kam was a great host who was excellent at communicating throughout. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our large group had a wonderful stay here. The view was stunning and the pool was nice on a hot day! Would recommend to groups for a weekend getaway as there is plenty of space.

We had such a wonderful stay here. It’s in a gated community and we always felt safe. Hamish was very accommodating and did a great job of making our holiday as seamless as possible. We loved the pool, spa, trampoline and basketball hoop. Everything about the house is well thought out (and beautiful). The airbnb is in a private and peaceful area, and a 10min drive from the town centre. It felt luxurious staying here and it was definitely the relaxing holiday we were hoping for!

Thank you Monique for sharing this magic gem! Absolutely stunning setting. Monique’s place is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills surrounded by green farms. Views 360 all around is truly breathtaking and with wide open space perfect for families. The house is fully equipped with all amenities and everything we could possibly need. The place currently still has no wifi but this was clearly stated in the description. However, why do you need wifi when you can enjoy all the natural beauty surrounding you. Highly recommended. We thorougly enjoyed our stay!

My boys loved the warm pool, and the playground at the park next door. The cabin was tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Our family really enjoyed this stay! We loved the layout of the home, having the sleep out allowed the kids to have their own space and we weren’t feeling like we were all on top of each other. The pool isn’t massive but enough for everyone to cool down. The distance to the shops is so close which was super handy for grocery top ups or ice cream runs. As it’s on the main road it is noisy in the front room and impacts getting in and out of the drive - but not an issue for us but worth noting. The host was super responsive as we were 30mins early. Will def be back to stay!

This home offers stunningly beautiful views of the water and islands off the coast plus bucolic farm lands below. Wonderful layout for a comfortable, relaxing time for either a couple or a family. We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool every day and reading under the large poolside umbrella. Grilling out in the evening while watching the sun set over Parua Bay was a special treat. The night sky stargazing was fantastic. Nigel is a friendly, responsive host who really cares that his guests have a great time. We enjoyed the fresh eggs he provided from his chickens. Thank you, Nigel, for sharing this slice of paradise with us!
