Absolutely fantastic spot to escape to. We took everything we needed food wise so we wouldn't have to leave and just settled in for the weekend. Beautiful spot, and the best set up kitchen I've found in an Air BnB. We are foodies and we were thrilled to be able to cook such full meals while on holiday and to have everything we needed there. Particularly having the induction hob was brilliant. Perfectly peaceful and very comfortable amenities. Clear instructions for everything. The extra addition of having a backup generator was actually wonderful (not that we needed it) but because it was great to know it was there should we need it. Everything was clearly very well thought out and it was the perfect space for the birthday weekend we wanted. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Great stay mark was easy to communicate with and the location is just amazing also the pizza oven was the cherry recommended to some friends and they also are planning to book.

Great place overall! Super comfortable for the 6x of us. The shower is good with good pressure which is always appreciated. The spa was a highlight for us and we recommend hoping in in the evening so that you can watch the Milky Way. The place is so peaceful, it’s a great place to wind down and really feel like you’ve had a break. We hope to be back!

Relaxing modern place in a great location, spa & chair massager were nice bonuses. Market at the school next door Sat mornings was good as well as the one at the tavern which Reece recommended. Great getaway.

We had a fantastic family weekend at this cabin. Although the weather wasn’t perfect but we did get a chance to use the spa tub on Saturday afternoon and the views were amazing. The silence of the environment with occasional birds chirping was the highlight. We loved spending time on the open deck with the bbq and my daughter had a chance to ride her bike on the big flat ground area. All over it was definitely worth what we paid for.

Beautiful cabin with a stunning view of the Harbour. Perfect place for a couples getaway away from the city. Everything we needed was there. Mana was quick at answering any questions I had and supplied a thorough booklet for everything we needed to know.

Pa Hill cabin is such an awesome spot, we had a weekend away with some old friends and couldn’t ask for more, we didn’t even need to leave the property with its beautiful surroundings, hot tub and bbq we were set! We will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you Mick!

Absolutely loved our stay! Loved getting in the spa and being able to relax away from all city noise. Finn was very clear with instructions and friendly too. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had the most relaxing getaway in Pouto Point. The view was incredible and it was so peaceful and quiet. The other two cabins are definitely far enough away so you don’t notice the other guests. The place is really remote so it pays off to bring all necessary items and food with you from Dargaville. The place was clean and tidy and had everything you need.

Charming and peaceful small holding with breathtaking views, where my dog had plenty of space to roam freely on the fully fenced property. Carol, the host, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our stay in Thelma! Sheryl and Ian were fabulous hosts! So welcoming! On arrival we had a bottle of red wine with two chairs over looking an array of native bush with many different birds! Looked so inviting! Sheryl provided a lovely breakfast too! The wagon is a quirky, tranquil stay. You feel like your miles away in the bush however you are only minutes from the village! Its so cool! Highlights for us - learning about Ian and Sheryl and their pottery days in the 70's. There is a wee book in Thelma written about Ian and Sheryl which provided a great picture of who they were! We got to see some of Ian's pottery which was fabulous too! Ian also built Thelma such talent! They both have created a spot to enjoy! Soaking in the spa staring over the bush and at night the stars were so bright! No street lights to distract their beauty! We recharged away from our busy lives in Auckland. Thank you for providing such a wee gem for people to enjoy!
