Vacation rentals with beach access in Kaimana Beach

I’ve booked a lot of airbnbs before, and I would honestly say Ashlee was the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. She over communicated, answered right away, gave us the best recommendations, and more! The Airbnb had beach towels and chairs which was a great addition, and the parking pass saved us so much money! Location was also great, so walkable. Best time in Hawaii!

Love the location and place! Fit our family of 5 with a private space (bedroom), hallway with doors to separate areas. It didn’t feel like a hotel more like a studio. Place was clean and the AC worked really well. Loved the shower lots of water pressure. Big TVs and all the streaming available. Great view to sunrise. Balcony space to have breakfast or a recap at the end of the day with your favorite drink. Kitchen perfect to cook. You also had the option to taste food from the restaurant downstairs. Easy to get in and out and to find parking lot. Check in was easy and receptionist are very friendly, it is also well secured. Pool area awesome and can grill if you want. Theme was so cute, my girls love Disney. Welcomed with water and chocolates. Plenty of towels and any basic needs provided. Let us check in early without a problem or extra fees. Would stay here over and over! I will be sharing this place with our friends and family.

Great location to Waikiki Beach. Had everything that you needed for the beach, towels, chairs etc.. Close to shops and restaurants and of course food trucks. ABC store around the corner as well as the bus stop to get to Pearl Harbour which we took. Well equipment kitchen to make meals. Gas stove which we loved. Overall loved the condo. And would recommend to other people.

Nice and clean place to stay! Check in was super easy and the location is close enough to walk to the main Waikīkī area. Would totally stay here again!

Gerri's place was good place for my family & I!!! Enjoyed our time in Honolulu at Waikiki!! Loved how secure the building was in such a busy area! Loved that there was a store down the street. We got to cook our own meals. Good place to stay with a family!🌺

Great home with everything you need– kitchen & living essentials, boogie boards, snorkels, etc. Carl was super responsive & helpful whenever we had questions. One thing to note, the parking garage has a height limit (6ft). I traveled with my family & we rented a van that didn't meet those restrictions. We ended up paying $40/day a block away, or street parking on some days. For a big, intergenerational family, this place fulfilled all our needs. The kiddos loved the pool when we took a break from the beach. 10/10 recommend this place for your next stay in Hawaii! Mahalo, Carl!

We had a great stay. A few things to note: Although the unit is high up in the building you can still hear the noise from the busy streets below. That didn't really bother us but you should be aware. The place is set up for sleeping and the only places to sit other than beds are the kitchen table and balcony, we spent a lot of time on the balcony which was nice.

Short walk to two beaches, a few restaurants, and the pillbox hike. When the shared beach supplies ran out of umbrellas she promptly bought us one!

Our family of 8 absolutely loved Courtney's rental. I don't think it could have been in a better location. It is with in walking distance of all the lagoons, local shops, golfing and it's a quick drive to grocery stores. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, instructions were clear and the check in/out process was a breeze. Our only cons were there were only 2 beach towels, no spices and the trash under the sink was way too small for the 8 of us. We are seasoned Air bnbers so we did pack a few of things we knew we would need like laundry pods, paper towels and a few smaller items but coming from the East Coast we were only checking 1 bag and didn't bring any spices, beach towels or dish & dishwasher soap. Island Country Market (SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS and get those free items!), Safeway, Target and Walmart are really just a short drive to grab what was needed so it wasn't a big deal but just be prepared to need these items. We absolutely can not wait to go back. Aloha.

Charlie was a great host, very communicative and had amazing recommendations. The apartment is in a fantastic location by the beach, including within the building on a high floor + corner unit. We loved the floor to ceiling views of the ocean, city, and mountains, as well as the balcony. Like others have said, the bed is very soft, and since you’re in the middle of Waikīkī, it’s not always quiet. It’s so spacious and calm otherwise. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay was as good as it gets. It was amazing to walk across the street to the beach where others are waiting for a parking spot. Easy to return back from the beach and cook lunch. The kitchen has everything! Bring your own coffee grounds and sweetener/cream. There is a coffee brewer but we had no sugar. We made due without. Took a short walk to Lanikai for the sunrise pillbox hike. This is a steep hike and I’d recommend bringing a headlamp to use both hands. The sunrise view from the Kailua Beach was perfect for the non-hikers in the family. The driveway is narrow. If you are getting a rental car, keep car with choice narrow. My husband is an expert driver and could back out without problem. I had the mini van beeping the whole way out! lol! I let my husband drive after that. You are going to pick the right place if you stay here!!

Awesome stay at in an island paradise! The location was easy to get to and you could get anywhere on the island in 30 minutes or so. Unfortunately, the road was a bit noisy but all of our guests had an incredible time regardless.

The location of this house is unbeatable. It was great that we got to walk to the beach right from the backyard. Like other review mentioned, there is a bigger house that other people can rent on the property. You will have to go through their yard to get to the beach. The amenities in the house are a little bit outdated (doors, oven, shower, mirror). To us, the location is what made that place very special. It was very quiet, peaceful, and right next to Kailua Beach.

Absolutely loved our stay! Katie was super responsive and a great host. The view of the marina is breathtaking and you feel far away enough from the city that it’s a nice quiet escape. The rooms are even nicer in person than in the pictures. Katie left us macadamia nuts and cookies which we enjoyed and the fridge has plenty of room for groceries or drinks. Another nice thing was the AC worked great throughout the entire apartment. We would 100% stay again.

The location was great just across the street from the beach Just wish balcony was little bit bigger but other than that the apartment it’s new refurnished very nice and cozy And the host is very nice I would be back

Best Airbnb I’ve ever been to in terms of condos. Kitchen was fantastic. I’m a health professional and being able to use the cookware free from scratches was great. Very clean home, lots of condiments in the kitchen with tea’s. Excellent view, quiet and close to grocery store. A gym in the building would have made it a perfect score. Lots of beach towels and wagon for carrying groceries and beach clothes was super convenient. Comfortable bed. Top notch!

beautiful view , across two nice beaches , we were able to get around easily, staff at the place really helpful. but the beach there was really calm and clean , great spot to relax.

This is a great place to stay! The location is very walkable to many attractions, and was very clean. The host is very responsive and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I would stay here again next time I am in Hawaii.

Anh was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He arranged for our first group to drop off our bags early, which was a huge help. Throughout our stay, Anh provided great suggestions, including recommending we check out the Friday fireworks in Waikiki, which was a highlight. The condo's location is perfect, situated on the east side of Waikiki and just a block away from the beach. We had a car during our stay, and Anh's description of the parking situation was spot on. While the parking garage is a bit tight, it’s incredibly convenient when you need to explore the island by car. I've saved Anh's contact for future trips and will definitely consider re-renting for our next visit. Thanks again, Anh, for being such a wonderful host!
