This stay was only for one night, but it was still a great experience.When I arrived at the inn, I was impressed by the beautiful beaches and natural surroundings in front of me, and I immediately felt that this was a place where I could have a really luxurious time.During my stay, I enjoyed homemade pizza using the pizza oven provided in the inn!The pizza that we baked with each other by stretching the dough and putting on our favorite ingredients was exceptional, and it was a fun time to stop laughing.The time to enjoy the outside scenery while eating freshly baked pizza made it a special memory that you can't find in everyday life. The inside of the inn was also great, and it was a clean and cozy space in every corner.The spacious kitchen and living room were fully equipped with everything we needed, and it was easy to cook for ourselves.In the garden and terrace, we enjoyed meals and conversations while feeling the outside breeze.The bath was also large and comfortable, perfect for healing a tired body. In addition, it was the warmth and kindness of the host that made this stay special.They politely guided us from check-in, and gave us a lot of local recommendations, places to eat, and hidden charms.Thanks to that information, I was able to enjoy Amami more deeply while staying for a short time.The host felt like they thought of hospitality everywhere, and it was a series of impressions. Honestly, it's a great place to stay that's not enough for one night, and I'd love to stay longer and relax next time.The accommodation is also fully equipped, making it perfect for families and groups, as well as couples and solo travelers who want to be healed in nature.Whether it's a pizza oven, a BBQ in the garden, or a relaxing time on the beach in front of you, there are many experiences that can only be experienced here. I am only grateful for the location where I can fully feel the beauty of Amami and the thoughtfulness of the hosts.It really was a great place to stay.I would definitely use it again!Thank you for a wonderful time, Hosts.I look forward to seeing you again!

Wonderful house, with a 5* view and surroundings. It was too cold for us to enjoy the terrace and BBQ , but we can imagine how it must be cool to enjoy. house itself is even better than the pictures.

It was close to the drinking street and convenient.Alexa was also installed, so I was able to make time to heal with music, and there was no trouble with life.

A beautiful renovated wooden house in a rural location close to the sea. Lovely helpful and flexible hosts. We would've wanted to stay longer.

A lovely place to stay, we will be back again!

We loved our stay here! We travelled around Japan for a month and this was one of our favorite stays. The house was exactly as pictured/described and super comfortable. We really appreciated the tea & coffee station as well as the extra towels for the onsen. The futon beds were much comfier than expected too. The location was perfect for us- we loved the outdoor onsen by the sea and how close it was to the house. We went in the evenings and it was just magical to sit in the warm onsen pools and gaze at the stars. We hired a car and it was the best thing we did to get around the island with ease and flexibility. Some great restaurants and sights to see not too far away, and we did a lap of the island one day too which we loved. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer (the next few days after our stay were booked up). Would love to come back one day and stay longer on this magical island.

A remarkable cedar guesthouse in a remarkable setting. Extremely comfortable, and all the necessities for simple food heating and cleaning are there. A delightful place to wake up, sit during the day, return to after a day out, or settle down in the evening. Good location for activities in the north eastern quadrant of Yakushima, and driving to other places was also very easy. You do need to have a car. As noted in the readings, our host Kayoko was very responsive, and also very helpful with suggestions for activities and places to go even though we were there over the new year holiday. A treasure for people like us.

Gorgeous place in a small town on the quiet side of the island right by Ohko waterfall and the World Heritage coastal wildlife road. It was a little challenging to find the place and parking, but there was plenty of space once found. You need to pay close attention to the instructions about the front door, which can be a little annoying because everyone in my group kept asking me how to open it from the inside. I preferred to use the rear door myself. The kitchen area was excellent and well laid out and the dining table was made for group meals. I don't normally play video games, but was surprised to see a PS5 in the entertainment center and played a little Gran Turismo 7. The TV was huge! The bathroom layout was great but a surprise for my group was how excellent the washer/dryer worked! 2 hours and a full load is clean and dry! The only downside to this place is that the location is further from the mountain hiking access points in Anbo & Miyanoura, but not the fault of the place
