Vacation rentals in Kadriye

The apartment is large, comfortable to accommodate our family (5 people), each had a private room and bed. There is absolutely everything you need (and a filter with drinking water, which is very pleasant). There are many shops nearby, bus stops and a lovely park overlooking the sea in 10 minutes walk. Walking to the Old Town takes about 15-20 minutes. Rauf is a wonderful host, showed and told us everything in great detail, ordered a taxi for us to the airport in the morning. Everything went great, thank you!

Great host & communicated well. I would definitely recommend Ezgi’s place to anyone that wants to be close to the beach and great restaurants. Overall, wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you Ezgi!!

Ekaterina is friendly and quick to respond. She also has workers available on site, who may not speak English but are the salt-to-the-earth, and do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. The place itself is highlighted by the gorgeous pool. Heated (although don’t expect jacuzzi hot temperatures), with 3 waterfalls and bubbles, long length for lap swimming, this pool is really amazing and left immaculately clean and me and my family we swam in it everyday. It has a decent sized outdoor sauna that seats 4 people comfortably. The house is private, and feels safe. It has 3 homes connected with two bathrooms each and an outdoor shower each. There’s a great restaurant within walking distance and a corner store. Groceries are a short drive away, or a slightly longer walk. Wifi is available. For the price and location this home was well worth it.

The location of the apartment is very excellent open directly to the beach, the apartment is very spacious, the living room and the kitchen is large and all the supplies are available, including cooking equipment, spices, oils and some cold and hot food and drinks. The level of cleanliness is very excellent and the owner of the apartment Mr. Emre was cooperative and friendly and constantly asked about our needs. Overall rating 10/10

Altugs place is as it has been described. Very convenient as all amenities are at walking distance. Close to the airport as well. The apartment is well looked after and clean and has all the things to make it a home from home.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is charming, well furnished, safe, warm and clean. But it is situated between to very loud bars, and there is one behind that was closed. The music stopped at 4pm on Sunday morning. You have been warned. However overall great place to stay.

Kadir was very helpful even before we arrived at the property. Always responsive. He even provided us with extra stuff to help with our daughter’s needs. Overall very great place to stay.

The room was clean & comfortable in an apartment in a quiet & safe area. Host was helpful and friendly. Would recommend, especially for the price paid.

A very spacious apartment on the second floor (the one above the ground floor). It features three separate bathrooms. The bay window in the living room, with a large table, is the most pleasant spot in the apartment—a perfect place to spend time with family, enjoy meals with friends, or work. The master bedroom and the second bedroom are located on opposite sides of the apartment, which can be a bonus for families with children. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom. We stayed in January during the winter, and the apartment is heated only by air conditioners. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might find the kitchen a bit lacking in cookware. There’s also a separate room with a desk if you prefer to work outside of the living room. No complaints about the internet—it worked perfectly.
