Easy walk to Tamir 2 and a very quiet neighborhood!

Peter place has a beauriful scenery from his rooftop at 2nd floor. you could see mountains (yes, plural) at Batu Top View. As it is in a Remote area, would be good if you are travel there using private transport either 2 wheelers or 4 wheelers. All the bed room is on the second floor, there are there bedrooms, which for me only suitable for 5-6 personal. Using our visit we were 6 person while 2 of them are kids below 12 years oli and that is sufficient. Please note that from the three bedroom only 1 of them which has conventional ac. the other 2 rooms is using portable ac There were 2 bathtooms, 1 on the 1st floor, while the second one is on the 2nnd floor. both has access to Hot water which is nice. What we love is the kitchen area and the Washing machine. we have fridge, indomie, and all cooling utensils, and also water dispenser that we need to cook for breakfast. lastly I like the smartlock door. no need to be afraid of losing my keys. We felt right at home. They helped us from the first moment with all our doubts, both Luluk and his father, who had a good time waiting to delay us in the expected time of arrival. The house is very large, it has many rooms and many bathrooms and that was perfect for us being a large group. It also has a cooking area and a space to relax and enjoy at night. It is also easy to get to the rest of Malang from there due to its good situation. We are very happy with our stay and would repeat for sure! Highly recommend.

The host itself is very reliable, communicative, and warm. Their house is pretty much the same as in their listing. Several questions asked and they’re very helpful. Totally great host and place to stay. Located inside a house complex that is very secure and more green-view nearby. Also, their air is not polluted, so fresh and cold. The host provided us with amenities and free a gallon of fresh drink water. Totally enjoyable house. I would recommend it to others for a short getaway and short stay in Malang with family.
