House vacation rentals in Juniata County

This is by far one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed at! Katie is very responsive and the description of her home is exactly how you will find it. Most importantly, her home is VERY clean! The kitchen if fully stocked with everything you will need (coffee, creamers, sugar, paper plates, fridge w/ ice machine, any spice that you can think of, etc.). We booked our stay to make sure that we were there for the opening day of trout season. Sherman's Creek runs right along the property and is right down the hill from the house. It was very convenient to be so close to the water. There were locals there fishing and they were extremely nice. It rained a little while we were out fishing, but with the house being so close, we were able to walk up the hill, throw our semi-wet clothing in the dryer, and head back out once the rain stopped. We will definitely return to Katie's property for another vacation. It was exactly what we needed. Privacy, wonderful views, and relaxation!

Great house in a secluded location. Had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Special thanks to Randy the property manager. Super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed. We visited on a snowy and icy weekend and he made sure everything was clean and clear so we could get in and out of the property. Excellent service and it was greatly appreciated.

This is our second stay in this house. When we are in the area we will continue to stay here. Cindy is great to work with. She is quick to respond and takes care of things quickly as well. We experienced a snow/ice storm while there and Ralph came out to pretreat the deck, stairs and walkway for our safety.

Host was quick to respond and accommodating. I had a wonderful get together with family here. There was enough room for me to host our large family dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean, comfortable and updated. A very homey feeling. This helped make my visit home one of the best visits in a long time. ❤️❤️ Thank you

This is a beautiful home that is well-maintained. Amenities are abundant. Jennifer is quick to respond and will cater to your needs. We rented this place because our power went out. We were looking for something close with heat, running water and electricity. Jennifer accommodated an early check -in. Her husband ensured the sidewalk was clean from ice and snow. She had the heat on when we arrived. As the night went on, we found out that the furnace stopped working. She responded as quickly as she could. It was cold in the home, but the blankets and covers that were provided kept us amply warm. I couldn’t have asked for more friendly and accommodating hosts. I would book here again without hesitation.

The house was perfect for us - we were working out of town and needed a place to stay and this fit the bill perfectly. It was close to where we were working and was a nice retreat at the end of the day once we completed work. The hosts were very proactive with communication and even offered to drop off bottled water when there was a water advisory issued. I would highly recommend staying here. This is a great get away location. From the beautiful horses on every property to the beautiful bay window where you can enjoy your coffee every morning.

it was a very peaceful and well kept home. it was just as the pictures showed. except the bunk beds are in the basement. we were looking for that room like I seen it in the pictures. the kids even got scared by the realistic bear they had in their room. i would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful farmhouse. There are some great new renovations, while keeping the charm of the original pieces. The 3 king sized beds were so comfortable. There was so much space for our entire family, multiple tables, sitting areas, and awesome game room, and even 2 great sitting spaces to eat outside. We would recommend this to anyone who appreciates privacy and antiques. Lisa was also so responsive and accommodating to our needs.

Kathryn’s home is absolutely amazing and was one of the cleanest/most comfortable Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. The view is beautiful in the mornings and evenings and everything in the home appeared to be brand new. We would love to have the pleasure of staying again in the future. Thanks Kathryn!

Our family was in town for our Grandfathers funeral. While this was a sad occasion, Katie’s place was a place of gathering and celebration. Special memories were made and it was a perfect space to spread out and connect. Her home was so clean and the scenery is beautiful. We had everything we needed and we would recommend this place to anyone. It’s also great if you have kids. Our kids loved the little playground and bin of legos. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for the 16 of us! If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at Katie’s!

My family of 4 and our dog very much enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved how private it was and enjoyed listening to and watching the birds. We were pleasantly surprised to get daily visits from the neighbor's cows, right outside the yard! The home was very clean and comfortable and we had a blast playing in the game room together. The kids also loved the swingset. We all enjoyed using the fire pit at night and watching the stars, fantastic view! Unfortunately, we couldn't get the hot tub to work but loved everything else about our stay. We'd definitely return!

We decided to stay at Chris's place for a Penn State playoff game, and it was such a great find, especially given the high accommodation prices in State College. The home was charming and quaint, just as described. The 35-minute drive to the game was perfect, and there was plenty of space for the five of us, with multiple living and sitting areas to spread out. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and Chris even left some snacks, which the college students really appreciated! I've already recommended Chris's place to my family members with current Penn State students and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Chris!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was so clean and cozy. Undeniably felt like home away from home. The surrounding property was so beautiful and easy to explore. The hosts were super helpful with any questions or anything we needed. It was a last minute trip and we will positively be returning.
