Vacation rentals with a pool in Jumeirah Village Circle

Second time back staying at Roxanne and Aziz’s beautiful home and counting down the days until our return! 10/10 recommend!

Villa Rose has been a wonderful place for my family to stay while we renovated our home. The unique French vibe has been a nice change from our usual style and we’ve enjoyed living so close to the beach. The house is quaint and the rooms are neat and tidy. The beds have been very comfortable and we have slept incredibly well here! The area is tops and close to all amenities, most importantly beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Marie, the host, has been so kind and helpful and we have honestly really enjoyed her sweet villa. The area is quiet and a great place to work from too. I would recommend this villa to anyone who likes a little colour in their life and enjoys the spectacular Dubai beaches and restaurants! We’d definitely stay again if we ever needed to!

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

This is our fifth bandb stay whilst waiting for our house to be ready and the only one I would ever stay again. What stood out was that the host had made an effort to make it feel like home, it wasn’t just about profit. Every touch in the house made you feel welcome and relaxed. The area is lovely - very respectful neighbours, lovely walks and the facilities are stunning. I’m actually sad to be leaving! This place is leagues ahead of others (you would be shocked about the other air bandb’s we have had to stay at, and I mean shocked). Highly recommend this place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for treating us like we mattered and inviting us into your beautiful home ❤️

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

Great apartment! I had a gathering with my friends and it was amazing. Very respectful and responsive hosts, always available to support.

The apartment itself is great. It is on the 35th floor, nice views from the balcony. A bit noisy as construction works (buildings nearby) never stops in Dubai, but not disappointed. Very clean, very comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped. Dragos was always responsive. The only negative moment is reception and security of the building. I have lived permanently in Dubai for more than a year, visited many buildings and have never seen such ridiculous security system. Everybody is allowed to enter the building only when they show access card. We were a group of 3 persons and had only 1 access card. That was super uncomfortable. I witnessed multiple conflicts at the reception from the owners who own the apartments not being able to pass through the lifts (not talking about guests who rent). However they collect everybody’s passports with photo and then they say it is not enough, only access cards matter :))) Ok, anyway - the apartment itself is great

ingenious location right on the marina dubai, pool use and was included, which we liked to use. hop on hop off station within walking distance. we would stay here again!

This is one of the best AirBNB rentals I have ever stayed at, hands down. The apartment is stunning. The views are spectacular. The rooftop and pool were my favorite place to be. The photos don’t even do it justice. The linens, bed and pillows were amazing. Having a washer and dryer was really helpful. Communication was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for more. You won’t find a rooftop pool with these views at this price elsewhere— book it!!

The check-in process was seamless and fully remote. Raymond accommodated my request for early check-in (for a reasonable fee) and offered late check-out for free. The apartment is spacious, with a living room, a king-size bedroom with a balcony overlooking Palm Jumeirah, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is super-equipped, including a bar table for 3-4 and an arrival package with coffee capsules, snacks, spices (even a rose salt!) and water. The two full bathrooms and a small toilet are stocked with high-quality amenities. Attention to detail is exceptional—bathrobes, beach towels, sand toys, a beach bag, and a premium sound system etc.. The apartment feels fresh and luxurious, with no signs of wear and tear. The beach is right below and much better than those facing the Marina. You can even snorkel a bit. Note there is construction in the neighborhood, which may bother those sensitive to noise. Highly recommend this thoughtfully designed 5-star apartment!
