We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

Our best vacation ever! This villa is perfect - in the best possible location being close to the local Souk (Shopping centre) and close to Dubai Marina. There is also a lovely park with lake, playpark, basketball court and BBQ facilities 10 seconds from the villa. The villa itself was spacious (comfortably sleeps 6 adults), super clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, this included a private swimming pool in the back garden! Belal and his housekeeper Joe did everything to prepare us for our stay, including lots of communications, advice and guidance – this means a lot when you are in a new country. The housekeeper Joe met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The villa includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Using the detailed written guide provided we were able to arrange delivery of groceries within 20 mins from ordering. I loved this villa and 100% intend to be a regular guest! Five Stars!!

We were looking for a place for my family, coming from India, to celebrate New Year's. Sunrise Homes worked out like a charm, especially since we lived in the vicinity. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with the local market a 10-minute walk away. The seniors in the family had a very comfortable stay. Clean and very well managed by a Superhost, Teuta, who is very responsive, made our holiday memorable.

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

What a great apartment with a really nice location walkable distance to Dubai Opera and the fountain and most importantly Dubai Mall. Host was really great and responsive. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Ahmed’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Nenette was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

If you are a family coming to play and want to experience the life of the average person in Dubai and you have a rental car then this is a good choice for you.The doorway to the house is a children's park and pool.There is a gas station in the community, Carrefour supermarket, pizza hut and grabbing restaurant.Except every time you go out to downtown you need to drive about 30 minutes, there are few drawbacks here.You can even have a BBQ party right at home if you want.Whether traveling for work or as a family, I would highly recommend here.The environment is quiet, clean and convenient to live in.

Great location, great view, easy walk access to almost everything you need!!

A magnificent view of the cosmic beauty of the city. You can go directly to the main Mall of the country. Very convenient. I like that you can go directly from the room to the restaurant, go shopping or go to the downtown and enjoy the views of the tower or from it. The host was responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

Great place near Marina and Palm Island if you need to spend time at both. I liked having two bathrooms as well. Spacious, clean, good host communication

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We stayed at this apartment for one month - the location was perfect with walkable distance to the shopping mall, marina and plenty of restaurants. The place was squeaky-clean, host very friendly and responsive. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We very much enjoyed our Host Daniel's apartment, from the first moment we stepped into his place, we were pleasantly surprised by the special fragrance, the welcome with water and with dessert. The room like was quite spacious, it looks gorgeous, with all the necessary provided, we didn't miss anything at all, the balcony was gorgeous, the view from the balcony made our day more beautiful. Communication with Daniel was efficient, he wrote us informative messages and his responses were on the second. Its location is close to any destination : the beach, the cliff, the mall, easy to leave from the location anywhere. The check.in was easy to do, we received all the necessary directions. We very much enjoyed this experience in Dubai, in Daniel's location we felt exactly like home, we will definitely come back the following times and we clearly recommended his apartment to all close.
