Beach house vacation rentals in Julianadorp

My family thoroughly loved our stay at Sheila's house. It was very easy to get to from the train station and we felt right at home the moment we stepped through the door. The house is immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, with lots of attention to detail, and Sheila had left us a very sweet note with thoughtful gifts. She also recommended great restaurants and activities in the area. I've never stayed at a nicer Airbnb, or had a host who was as considerate and all around lovely.

We enjoyed staying with Margot and Tom very much. The accommodation fully met our expectations. We particularly liked the extensive equipment and the good distribution (with us for 2 adults and 2 children). Beach and shopping are within walking distance, quickly and easily. Despite the quiet location, there is a wide selection of restaurants and beach bars nearby. Margot and Tom were very helpful, friendly and flexible hosts. We felt very comfortable there. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Since we would quickly need an AirBnB, as our actual AirBnB would be canceled, we found something here at Aart En Tiny very quickly. For us it was definitely the rescue and the host was very accommodating and nice to us. 🙂👍🏼

Laurien en Floris’ home is everything one could wish for during a family stay on the Dutch coast. Prior to arrival we were sent clear instructions that helped us find our way in- and outside the house. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and very accommodating. The house is also amazing for children- with a trampoline, a slide and a whole room full of toys! The house is located nearby arguably the best beach in the Netherlands. It is 3 mins walking distance to this beach and beach bars. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

The three of us spent a few days in the very nice house. Check-in was straightforward and we felt right at home. The amenities were great and everything necessary was on site, significantly more than stated in the listing. We would come back any time and really have nothing to complain about, very clear recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at this lovely lake house. It is located near the beautiful city of Alkmaar, with regular train departures to Amsterdam (especially from the city center station). The interior is impeccable, very well equipped and nicely decorated with a beautiful glass window. Host was very responsive to our questions and requests.

We had a lovely week as a family at Miriam's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and even found a welcome surprise in the apartment. Mirjam lives right next door and was always available, she took great care of her guests. The apartment has a great location and its own parking space, which is very important in Noordwijk given the parking costs. The apartment is nicely decorated and good size. The only downside is that the bedroom and bathroom are a room. We didn't see this in the photos and in the listing! But everything else was a wonderful fit.

Beautiful location right by the beach and also the village is super cute and worth a visit! The space was a little smaller than expected but totally adequate. The garden was without a meadow, but completely fenced, which is why my dog could also walk around outside alone. Nothing was missing at the place and we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime:)

We had booked the place for a week for three adults and one child. It's very nicely decorated. Bright. Very cute and cozy. We had a lovely time. Francesca was always super quick to reach. We were there in the fall - out of season - I think within the summer months, especially for children.

Very neat and modern chalet in a nice and complete park. Super clean. Good communication. Only downside: the chalet is all the way in the back of the park, so it is a 20-25 minute walk to the beach (instead of the listed 10 minutes).

We spent 5 wonderful days at Wenjas house. We went on long walks at the beach, enjoyed cooking with fresh fish from the nearby harbour and simply relaxed while looking at the sea. Wenja was very easy to reach and very helpful at anytime. The location and Wenjas perfectly mastered descriptions, films and directions absolut make her a superhost.

Very friendly communication with the host team. The location is great, once through Petten and you are directly on the dunes and by the sea. Because the campsite is located a little away from the rest, you have your peace and quiet and it is not too crowded there. The house rules also include cleaning costs, which are to be paid on site. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed this before (no review read or the house rules), which is why we were a little surprised. In principle, for a longer stay very fair; for a stay for one night, as was the case with us, you move in terms of price at the level of other AirBnB in the vicinity.

Highly recommend. Especially as a family vacation and also with small children.

Fantastic villa that has everything one need for a comfortable group stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back.

We came for the F1 as a family - the space was just exactly what we hoped for - it’s even nicer than the pictures. It’s about a 15 min walk from town & you can access the amazing beach right across the road. We had a wonderful time & there was lots of space.

Thank you Sandra, Our stay went very well in Breezand, we really enjoyed the house and all these amenities: the garden, the stay, the bikes.... we took advantage of the bikes to reach the beach and cross the flower fields. The whole family (children 7, 10 and 13) enjoyed the stay. Thank you so much to Sandra who was always available and responsive to answer our questions! La crème de la crème!;-)

We were completely satisfied! The property is in the middle of downtown zandvoort and only a few minutes from the beach! The house was really nice and modern and had everything we needed; each bedroom has its own bathroom, there was a small courtyard, two kitchens, in addition a table in front, etc. - there was really nothing missing!

We had a great stay at Hannie's place. The house is excellent and there is plenty to do in the area. The beach is nearby. Hannie is very welcoming and thinks along with you. The house is highly recommended. Hannie, thank you very much and who knows, we might come back.

We had a nice family holiday in Wyik aan Zee. Beautiful beach for walking. A trip to Haarlem and Amsterdam was also on the agenda. Highly recommend. All in all, we will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely autumn vacation. We liked the house. We felt very comfortable. It was very quiet and the beach was within walking distance of a beautiful dune landscape. We will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with the neighborhood and the possibilities all around. In Zandvoort it was very cozy and the apartment super equipped , especially the kitchen. It was very fun to use the kitchen-living room. The shower and bathtub were also very nice, only the smell of sewage was a bit disruptive. The connection to Haarlem and Amsterdam was great by train.
