Again, I don't usually recommend places I stay at, but the apartment really deserves to be commented on: Extremely clean, smelling good, organized, everything I needed was available, comfortable bed, clean white sheet, clean bathroom without dirt or small traces of dirt, new and functional water filter, quiet room including air conditioning. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. I certainly recommend it.

Our experience was excellent. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, very well organized and modern. Everything was very clean and organized, prepared with care to welcome us. We were delighted with everything that was made available for our use during our stay. The building is all technological and safe to enter and exit. The system works well, and has 24-hour support. The apartment is close to the mall, bakery and supermarket, within walking distance. Overall, a TEN rating for the experience ♥️

The place is pleasant, matches the photos. A quiet and easily accessible location, we all received very kindly. Isabela always ready to help and responding with agility, Aurélio always ask for the same thing. Anyway the space is pleasant to get better only missing a wi-fi network.

The apartment is spacious and roomy, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. It has a full kitchen and service area, you can cook quick and basic dishes and do laundry. The condominium is well organized and clean, we felt safe throughout the entirety of the stay. The rooms are standard size, have closets, it was perfect. Both bathrooms are comfortable and the baths were amazing. The TV room has a huge smart TV, which allowed moments of leisure, in addition to Wi-Fi, parking included, etc. In short: I highly recommend it!!!!

Great apartment, very cozy. The kitchen has all the utensils and basic things for the stay. The cleanliness is excellent and the outdoor area is well worth it! I recommend it and will return other times. It is a central neighborhood with everything to do on foot: bakery, bank, supermarket, snacks and etc.

Impeccable bedding, clean fit, organized with many additional, pampering. We greatly appreciate the space and location. We love the Garden space. We were super comfortable with our pets.
