We had a fantastic stay at this spacious lake house perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán. The home features a pool and a jacuzzi. Access involves navigating narrow, cliffside roads through small villages—perfect for adventurous travelers. The house spans three levels: the entry floor includes a small bedroom, a master bedroom, an outdoor bedroom, and a pool table room. One level down are three more bedrooms. The lowest level features a spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, and a large deck to enjoy the view. A well-kept path leads to the lake’s edge, where we were picked up by boat for a scenic ride to San Juan La Laguna. We opted not to drive to Panajachel at night due to the narrow roads. While it could use a few touch-ups, overall everything was good . We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place .

We loved our stay here and would stay again! The badminton court and the kayak were great. The daily breakfasts were delicious and David helped book tuk tuks into town to go to restaurants. Only thing I would clear up is that there's really only 1 bedroom with privacy. The others are two and two without doors. Also, the beds are not the most comfortable, but worth it for the amenities!

A beautiful place to get away from the crowds. The private beach made the difference. The view to the volcano and lake was unmatched. Definitely a place to stay again.

Highly recommend staying here! The views are breathtaking and the space is comfy and clean. The WiFi worked well for virtual meetings. It’s a peaceful getaway that feels remote but is just a 10-minute ride outside of town.

At first it was a little difficult to find the place, but this was because we did not follow the instructions sent by Whats App where we were told that we should contact Adolfo. After we did it, everything was relatively easy and the house seemed like an excellent option to share with the family. Great views, peacefully and a good relaxing place. Adolfo was a great guy, he helped us with everything we needed. Al principio fue un poquito dificil encontrar el lugar, pero esto debido a que no seguimos las instrucciones que fueron enviadas por whats app donde se nos indicaba que debiamos comunicarnos con Adolfo, despues que lo hicimos todo fue relativamente facil y la casa nos parecio una excelente opcion para compartir en familia. Muy bonitas vistas, un lugar lleno de paz bueno para relajarse. Adolfo fue un buen muchacho que nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.

The house is very beautiful. A lovely design and filled with beautiful touches and artwork. An amazing view off the veranda, and the gardens are relaxing and full of birds. We all enjoyed the clean pool very much too. Overall it was an amazing place to relax and recharge. There is a walk up to the local village of Santa Clara or tuk tuks to take you up the hill, and the village has a produce market on Saturdays. We also recommend CECAP for great meals with the best view, as well as fair trade traditional handicrafts. It was easy to get a boat at the public dock. It’s probably easiest to arrange your own driver and boat to the private dock as then it’s easy to contact them if they do not turn up or know where to go (problems we had through no fault of the host). Definitely shop in Pana as the shops are very small in Santa Clara. Be aware it was hazy every day for 6 days and apparently this is common in April (or other months too?) because of cane burning. We have stayed at some really nice Airbnbs in the past, but this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The grounds, the house and the staff are absolutely incredible. We are already looking at dates to book another dedicated trip to this house. If the house is available for your travel dates, consider yourself lucky. I'm afraid the secret is out!

If you are thinking about booking this Jeep, just do it! We were originally just gonna stay a few days but ended up extending the second we got there - and honestly didn't leave for the whole stay. The view is just incredible and the Jeep bed is super comfortable. There's even a heater in there and heaps of blankets (it can get a bit cold at night). There's also a few small shops within walking distance, but I would recommend doing your shopping before getting on the boat. Thank you for having us, Susan and Diego. We loved it!
