It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. The host, Kevin, was amazing and his place was comfy and cozy. The reason I rated only 3 stars for location is b/c without a car there's not much to do and I really did not want to walk in that area. Within a short driving distance there is plenty to do. The American Dream Mall is only 17 mins away.

Heather's home is BEAUTIFUL! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. My team of 8 were here to work in a nearby college. This home more than adequately accommodated us and everyone had plenty of space. All of the bedrooms were spotless with high end linens. Nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home. All of the bathrooms were sparkling with plenty of supplies. Hot water was plentiful, water pressure was great, and fluffy white towels to use. The kitchen is a dream. I cooked breakfast and dinner for my team the entire trip and had plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, etc. The yards and homes in this neighborhood are so beautiful. Each night we watched deer come out. The trees are beautiful and I felt incredibly safe to go on walks in the neighborhood. If we are back in the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a treat and peaceful oasis for us when we returned each evening. Plenty of parking as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! It was incredibly clean which is soo important! They added extra touches like coffee pods, shower gel, shampoo, extra TP and paper towels! The linens were luxurious! Beds super comfy! We enjoyed the grill one night but ate at two of the restaurants they recommended! Easy access to NYC, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty. It was a nice retreat from the hustle of the city to come back to! I would highly recommend!

we stayed at Jennifer's place for about a month and a half. it was exactly what we needed in terms of space and was nice and clean. I can't say enough about what a great host Jennifer was as well. super responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything. we also ran into some delays with our timeline to leave and Jennifer was so accommodating. we can't thank her enough for her hospitality!

We really enjoyed our week long stay here - it exceeded our expectations in terms of space and amenities, and we were all surprised at the lack of noise - the home was really well equipped, and it was an easy walk to either the subway or bus stop with good connections downtown. It was a very comfortable way to stay in New York if you don’t mind being a subway ride away from the tourist hotspots. Can highly recommend.
