Vacation rentals with lake access in Jonkoping County

We can highly recommend this cozy and fresh accommodation. Just spent the weekend there with our family of 10 Well planned with 5 bedrooms where everyone got good beds and a plus there are two toilets in the house. Large lovely kitchen that was well equipped and where we enjoyed hanging out together The house is incredibly peaceful on a lake. We would be glad to come back

We have a great time here! The home was clean and nice. Everything you want is in the house. Close to lake and swimming jetty, nice surroundings. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this great, quiet cottage right on the lake for the second time. Our 3 children (2, 6 and 8) were just as enthusiastic about the friendliness, amenities and direct access to the lake as we did. They especially liked the toys provided, swimming tires, air mattress, badminton rackets and the adventurous bed on the 2nd level. There were delicious cinnamon rolls to welcome us and Ann-Marie was there to help us every day with great excursion tips. We will certainly come a third time as well. Sincere thanks for the fantastic days!!!

Calm place, nice house and awesome lake for fishing

The house is very nice and cozy with large garden. It is a bit remote but it is very quiet and idyllic. Shopping is not far away in the nearest larger town. Joakim always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a very nice few days in this great house! Everything was as described. In addition, the house was super clean and we didn't lack anything. Annica and Evan are very warm hosts! We would have loved to spend a few more days here. Thank you for everything and see you next time😊

Had a great time. Apartment was spacious, equipped with everything. Lake around the corner, where we could swim, fish and pick berries. Also nice to run around the lake. And plenty to do in the surrounding areas.

We had the best time at Jan-Olof and Rosmarie’s. There very friendly and gave us a warm welcoming. The cabin was even better than we thought: very spacious, clean, well organized and stylish. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. There’s also a washing machine which was a wonderful surprise for a toddler’s mum. They also gave us toys for our little one to play with. There’s a beautiful beach a short walk away. And the whole area is an absolute dream. Can’t recommend enough

Cute and clean accommodation in a quiet residential area. We were unable to find hotel room and need an accommodation quickly for the night. Hosts responded quickly with instructions to access the apartment. Really has everything you need including washer and dryer with detergent that we would have used if we had more time. Thanks for a great stay and having the lights on which was very welcoming since we arrived after dark!

Definitely recommended! Actually, the Olaf helped us in an emergency. He still prepared the apartment for us in the evening at 7:30pm and opened up for us at 9pm. The description fits - although the apartment is located in the basement, we have all well stocked ourselves. It is clean and spacious. I (woman) found the laundry room with the dehumidifier super convenient, the freshly laundered laundry of the evening was dry the next day in the morning. My men (man+son) enjoyed fishing with his boat of course. Thank you Olaf....

We had a great holiday at Linnea's house. Everything was there that we needed. The location is great, right on the lake, very quiet, you are really secluded and have your peace and quiet. We spent a lot of time with the two small boats on the lake and enjoyed the sun in the garden. We will be happy to come back!

Super nice place located in quiet surroundings. Nice amenities, clean and tidy and welcoming host couple. Borrowed the rowing boat, and vests which was super nice. Can easily recommend this place if you want quiet surroundings and a cozy home.

Beautiful little cottage which is very quiet. Paddle boat and rowing boat were accessible at all times! Bikes were also available! The owners are very kind and helpful and have their own summer house right in front of the cottage!

We had a very pleasant stay at Olaf’s holiday cottage located directly at the lake Örken. The cottage is a little gem in the beautiful nature of Småland. Especially for outdoor lovers the cottage is perfect, as there are many possibilities to go hiking, fishing, mushroom/berry picking etc. When we arrived at the accommodation we felt right at home. As we were staying at the cottage in November we particularly enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the evenings. In the mornings we woke up to magnificent views over the lake. The communication with Olaf was also really smooth and easy.

We had a wonderful and unfortunately far too short time in the old Swedish cottage of Elin and Hugo. If you are looking for peace and coziness, as well as quaint, historic charm and deceleration, this is the place to be. The house is tastefully decorated and nothing is missing, even a changing mat is available. Highlights were sitting together by the oven and for our dog the garden that surrounds the house. Communication with Elin and Hugo was great and straightforward, just great hosts and highly recommended. We sincerely hope to be able to come back again. As the Germans imagine Småland! You feel immersed in the books that are probably the reason for the trip for many. The house is nostalgically furnished but technically modernly equipped. We were able to make ourselves really comfortable. The extremely friendly contact with Monica has also contributed to the comfort. When it gets cold outside, you take the axe and blow logs for the stove from the firewood, which is stored in a (of course red) shed. Monica has taken us a fun but also detailed tour through and around the house, so that no questions have remained unanswered in terms of amenities and possibilities. Be sure to use the little rowing boat! There is a small island where you can get shipwrecked:) For those traveling with children: there is a flush toilet outside. So the kids have no reason to come in when they have to sit in the shed again;)

We felt very comfortable. You have clearly noticed that Mikael also uses the house himself, there was a lot of equipment available. Far above what else you will find in a vacation home. We were there 1 1/2 hours before the agreed check-in and Mikael was super accommodating and has already left us the house. The location is very quiet but you will find some things to do in the area. The place had to be cleaned itself, but this was quickly done by the checklist provided.
