Extremely satisfied with the stay. The house was very clean, and was a great place to relax after work. The host even provides snacks and hygiene products if you forget yours! The house is on a main road, but it is very quiet at night. I highly recommend a stay here if in the area.

Its location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. The thoughtful touches and welcoming atmosphere made our stay even more pleasant. The place was great! Jonesboro is my hometown so I was very picky about where I wanted to stay. This place was great! It's in a residential area, a nice little cove tucked away, but still very close to town! The house itself is easy to find and, as I noticed immediately, smelled very clean and very good upon entry! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, spices, etc. He also called as soon as it was ready and asked if we needed anything else, like a grill, and ensured we could let him know if anything was missing! The location was great, Marcus was great, and the house was great. Everything about it was fantastic, one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Will definitely come again!!

Lauryn was kind, very responsive, and friendly. Everything was well communicated prior to arrival. The home is beautifully decorated, featuring various artists throughout the home. It was perfect for our short stay visiting family. I loved it! Lauryn was great, and I'll definitely stay here again if it's available when I visit!

The house was comfortably warm. Every room was clean and tidy. The refrigerator was clean and empty, which often isn’t the case. Large Roku tv with lots of channels and strong WiFi. Bathrooms offer choice of shower or claw-foot tub. Very hot water for showers, baths, or laundry. Nice beds and pillows and plenty of clean linen. Solid deck and large, fenced-in backyard! The host, Mary, is the nicest, most responsive host I have ever met! She responded very quickly to every question. I give Mary the highest rating and recommendation without the slightest reservation! I would give her another star if I could. It was an amazing rental experience and a great value. Thank you, Mary!

Amazing place with a TON of extras including a welcome basket with snacks, treats and a food station for the dog, and any toiletries you could have forgotten. Plus there was even local restaurant recommendations and the menu for the local cafe for breakfast or lunch. and the best part .. you don't have to clean the whole place before you leave.. just take out the trash and lock up. Great place for a family, friends, or even a quiet getaway

As soon I booked the home she immediately reached out to see when would I be arriving. Upon arriving the atmosphere was amazing. I felt right at home and my kids adored the house. Will be definitely booking again should I come this way.
