Convenient location. 7 eleven is 5 min walk away and Sunny (24 hr supermarket) is about 10-12 min walk away.

I stayed with 3 people, and it was spacious and pleasant to use. It was nice that there was an ion and a convenience store nearby and parking was available.

You need to walk a little from the station, but it was also accessible by bus from the nearby bus stop to Tenjin.The room was clean, the price was reasonable, and it was a good stay.

This is the third place to stay in this Kyushu tour.Compared to others, the area is larger and more fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and the area is also a better local residential area.Other than that it was a little inconvenient to check in at 4pm and leave at 10am, everything else was perfect.Thank you for letting me check out half an hour late and sent me a delicious rice group.I'll come back again when I have the opportunity.

The garbage was thrown away by myself, but otherwise I was able to use it without any particular problems.I was worried that it was cleaned late at night, but there was no particular problem.

The accommodation is easy to find and everything is easy and convenient to check in. The only thing is that you need to keep quiet after 9pm because there is a private residence next door.

Pros: 1. Downstairs has 7-11.There is a minimart 3 min walk.There is a big supermarket 10 minutes away. 2. There is a heater air conditioner in the room that keeps the cold weather comfortable warm. 3. There is a warm room in the bathroom that will not be cold when you take a bath. 4. 10 minutes walk from Canal City. 5. Tenjin Chiko Street is 10 minutes walk. Bad 1. When getting dressed after taking a shower, you need to open the door to get it, but the outside space is too cold. 2. There is no pole in the bathroom to hang clothes.

The accommodation is really neat, there is a bus stop right in front, and the surrounding neighborhoods are all secluded, so the local sensibility is good.

Very responsive, the place is clean and very quiet! The very comfortable bed and the very soft sheets! Very well located next to an izakaya. That was awesome!

The best value for money is the best in Fukuoka. The host is also kind and responds immediately if there are any erosions. I want to use it again next time!

We used it for two nights at the end of the year. Good location within walking distance to Tenjin, good value for money, and easy to understand in advance. We had a very pleasant time.

Clean. The washing machine can be washed and dried, so you can bring a little clothes. Hot water comes out well. The bed is also comfortable.

If you like walking, you can also walk to Tenjin and Hakata stations!! Check-in was easy, and there were stairs, but it wasn't too uncomfortable. The interior was neat and tidy, and the floor height was high, so it had a good sense of openness! There was a washing machine in the bathroom and a lot of towels, so it was very comfortable. 👍🏻 I went with my parents, and they said it was better than the hotels I went to!! It was winter, so the hotel was a little cold, but the heater was also full, so it wasn't cold even if I was wearing half-sleeves,, 👍🏻 I really totally recommend it..!!!!!!!!

I went there on a family trip It's not a hotel for the first time on my third trip to Fukuoka. I stayed, and it was great enough for three people, and it was located in the middle of Tenjin and Hakata Station, so it was very easy to get around. The host was kind and responded to my questions right away, so I had a pleasant family trip ~

I had a great stay with the kids. Minami-Fukuoka Station is close and there is a 24-hour grocery store so I used it comfortably. The coin parking lot was also gaccha, so it was convenient to go around as a rental. It's good for the price.

It was a great place to stay. I stayed with a family of 7, and it was a little uncomfortable by Korean standards because there was only one toilet and bathroom, but if you use it in order, it wasn't a big problem! It was near Ohori Park, so it was nice to take a walk, and there was a convenience store right below it, so it was really easy to buy snacks. I recommend it!!

It was good value for money and the owner was friendly.

this was secondhand time we stayed overnight here. The hostess is very friendly and speaks good english. clean room and calm area close to station.

Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to many outstanding restaurants. Host was very accommodating to our need of extra comforter. We had a pleasant stay.

It was really great!!! Its not far from Hakata station if you like to walk a lot like me, but if not its also only a few stations with the subway or you can take a bike. Wifi, kitchen, bathroom etc everything worked perfectly and was very convenient. Will book this again when I visit Fukuoka again!

I felt so comfortable that I felt like I was living in Japan! The surroundings were pretty, peaceful, and the accommodation was neat! I'm willing to come back☺️
