I knew it was in a good location.. However, it was an accommodation where the cleanliness and attention to detail of the owner stood out more. It rained, but thanks to the umbrella provided in the accommodation, it was a pleasant trip. If I come back to Fukuoka next time, this is the place I will use again. The beds were so comfortable. The apartment has an elevator which is very helpful when you get home and feel tired. We have a car and manage to find a parking lot that is not so expensive. Just a five minute walk to the apartment. There is 7-11 next to the apartment. Driving to TENJIN is less than 15 mins. Which is very convenient. The bakery downstairs is also nice. You should also try if you have time. Recommend the place. Thank you.

It’s very convenient and not a hard find. Easy to get anywhere with bus stops and not-too-far subway. The space is quite enough for 2 ppl with big luggages. And the kitchen is fully equipped 🙂 I love it! And the lighting in the room in the morning, it’s beautiful (just very bright for who wants to sleep in 😂) I’d definitely recommend it!

The space was spacious and very clean. Each bed had an outlet, and it was very convenient because the space was well separated by sliding doors. There were two toilets and two shower rooms, so it was great for a group visit. Needless to say, the location was also good. If I come on a group trip again next time, I think I'll definitely stay again!!

I stayed with my parents for 3 nights and 4 days! Very detailed explanation and even recommendations for nearby restaurants!! The most surprising thing is the laundry that becomes fluffy in 6 hours through the fast washing and drying function in the bathroom, which you can't see in Korea!! It was so exciting. I want to come again next time I come to Fukuoka!

The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing, but don't book here if you're coming with hefty luggage and >2 people as it's pretty small. I'm traveling with car so this place works just right as they provide free parking spot. The road is pretty small so it might be tricky when you're going to park your car. Host is very very responsive, they replied to all of my message promptly.

We are travelers of 4 families. The host responded quickly and accurately and actively looked into my questions. The location of this accommodation was good. There were quite a few restaurants nearby, and there were many convenience stores right in front, and it was nice. The windows were large, so the sunlight came in well, so there was no smell, and it was nice. Half-sense is a person who lives with your eyes, so the dust?? I didn't see any. There was a table, so it was nice to have a simple meal in the evening, such as a lunch box, and it was so nice to have two more spare chairs under the bed. The tableware was clean, and it was nice that the toothbrush in the bathroom didn't seem to be disposable. There was also a toothbrush rack, so I used it comfortably. There was also a simple charger in the drawer, and the scissors, floss, and thermometer were so nice. (Scissors are good!!) There was also a weight scale under the bed. I didn't use it, but... It was so nice to have a shared bike next to the convenience store right in front of the accommodation. I was so satisfied that I wanted to use it again if I went to Fukuoka.

I've used Airbnb listings in many countries, Osaka, Japan, and Okinawa, but nothing was as perfect and nice as here. First of all, the building and house are new houses, so everything is clean. Appliances, kitchen, and beds are all clean and tidy. The noise is completely blocked and the security is spotless. The location is good, so you can walk to Hakata Station, and the bus stop is close, so it's easy to use the bus.It is close to 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and 24-hour grocery stores, and there are so many delicious Yakiniku, Yakitori, and Izakaya nearby. The host was also very friendly, making it easy to check in and out and communication.This accommodation has the location and convenience that Koreans will love 100%. I was going to stay in Tenjin next time Fukuoka, but I think I'll have to come back to Hakata because of the accommodation ^ ^

The accommodation was really tidy and equipped with everything you needed. However, I was a little disappointed that they only provided one large towel and one medium towel (very small and thin) per person for three nights, so I subtracted one star from the value for money. However, since the towel-related contents were announced, I decided to use the washing machine and washed it frequently. It's nice to have a washing machine with a drying function! The location was also within a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, so it was really nice to get around. It was new and fun to video chat with the host when I checked in. Overall, I was satisfied. I want to visit again next time!

Even though there was a problem entering our information into the URL, the host kindly guided us. The accommodation was very tidy and spacious, so it was pleasant for 4 people to use. However, the window was covered by the blinds, so I couldn't see the outside. Is it possible to open the blinds? It was a great place to stay in every way! (I knew there was no elevator beforehand, so it was okay.)

We enjoyed staying at Mai’s place. It was a quiet neighborhood that was only a 3-4 walk to Hakozaki station. From that station, it’s about 5-6 minute train ride to Hakata station. There’s also a Reganet supermarket literally across the street. I recommend checking out Nagata Bakery Hakozaki, which is only a 10 min walk. They open at 8am, which is nice since most coffee spots in that area open around 10AM or 11AM. They have a variety of bread and pastries and free coffee refills. Mai was always checking in on us and gave us recommendations with directions. She was very helpful and was always responsive. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Mai.

It was such a cute and quiet place to stay! I usually came here because I wanted to travel like a home like this instead of a hotel, but it was so nice because it was similar to the accommodation I thought of! It was nice that it wasn't too far from the city center, and most importantly, I loved the quiet and secluded atmosphere! There are many shopping malls, Don Quijote, restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores nearby that you can walk to, so I think it was okay to play! If I have to come back next time, I want to come here again.🤭

Since city subway is well developed, so from Coco walking within 6 minutes to subway station, we could get to a lot of places of the city of Fukuoka easily especially city subway has the ticket system by using my overseas credit card to ride the subway unlimited trips daily for just 640 Yen. Hope the city subway will still have that unlimited daily trips offer when I come back in the near future.

The Yamashita Hotel was a great location in Kurosaki that was perfect to explore the city. It was very clean and everything was easy to access. There were lots of amenities like blankets and pillows. The TV was nice for when there was cold weather and having to be inside was necessary.

Because it is newly built, it is spacious and clean. However, only one key is provided, so if multiple groups are traveling, the accommodation can always be entered together or opened by a person with a key. On the contrary, the security is great. There is a distance to walk quietly from Hakata Station, so it is always difficult to get back home, so I just take a taxi. The place is as pictured, spacious and clean.

A spacious living area features a light-colored sectional sofa, providing ample seating. A wooden shelf occupies one corner, contributing to organized space. A coffee table with a simple design compliments the minimalist aesthetic. Natural light enters through large windows with curtains, brightening the room.

This is an accommodation that all families will be satisfied with:) It was easy to travel as it was walkable to Hakata Station, and it was nice to have a convenience store and a mart nearby. And the new building had excellent cleanliness, and most importantly, there was no inconvenience sleeping because the surroundings weren't noisy. I'll use it again next time I visit Fukuoka!

I felt so comfortable that I felt like I was living in Japan! The surroundings were pretty, peaceful, and the accommodation was neat! I'm willing to come back☺️
