Fantastic place to stay at, everything is as described in the description perfectly. Host is superb, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could wish for, is a more comfortable and softer sofa, but at this price I can't complain at all. Even has a work desk for me to work on my laptop 😊

Villa space is the right size and feels like home.The pool is not big but ok, the price is a good thing, the only drawback is that the location is slightly remote, suitable for renting a car to visit for tourism. The host is very nice and can arrange an airport pickup for you, any questions you are welcome to find him, such as some fist races and car rental deals, overall a good trip here and a good chance to come back.

A very good place recommend for everyone

The owner lady and her friend welcomed me so kindly that I had a good rest. The room condition, barbecue, and whirlpool facilities are good, and the pool is clean and large, so it's great. Next time I come to Thailand, I will come again, thank you for taking care of me ^ ^ It's Best Place ~!!!

The agent replied swiftly. Check in was quick, and the pool was nice and clean. Rooms were wooden so that you would hear from another room, but its fine. location a bit off the centre, but Grab could accurately pick you up. Nice neighbourhood and breakfast was right opposite the villa. However, it would be perfect if hair dryer was provided. good host and staff, polite and it was a nice stay

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

It is a bit far from the entertainment area. So it is quiet and okay. If you only want entertainment, you will have to pay for taxi fare. There is a really delicious American hamburger restaurant right in front of the accommodation, so I recommend you to try it when you come to this accommodation. Overall, the accommodation is satisfactory and a comfortable place to stay.

Thank you for such a lovely house! The house was situated in quiet neighborhood and the only occasional sound was dog barking or motorbike passing by. We have a pool on our own in the property which we used almost everyday. The only thing you need to be wary about is the stairs to the pool. Tiles are missing in some places but nothing horrible to be upset about. Once you acknowledge that you can pretty easy avoid it. There was a plenty of space in the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner and caretaker was super nice and very helpful about everything. We have services such as maid every week, the pool guy and gardeners almost everyday. I recommend and I hope I will be back one day.
