Everything was great. And Rafael always fixing problems on that day so yeah it was great and he/she ( Rafael ) was so active and responses quickly.

This is the coziest and best homestay we have ever lived in, Ms Qianrong is a very enthusiastic and very conscientious owner, she provided all the equipment we needed and also specially bought a new grill for us to use at the moment!It was really touching! The house and environment have a lot of space!The environment inside was very clean and tidy, it felt very comfortable and laid back, and the air conditioning in the living room was broken and changed immediately, it was really a great homestay host!Very thoughtful and attentive!I give six stars with all my heart!

The owner lady and her friend welcomed me so kindly that I had a good rest. The room condition, barbecue, and whirlpool facilities are good, and the pool is clean and large, so it's great. Next time I come to Thailand, I will come again, thank you for taking care of me ^ ^ It's Best Place ~!!!

Very clean property and amenities

A total of 18 of our seven families have spent a happy time here, this villa has a good number of rooms, various room types can fit the needs of different family combinations, the hosts are quick to respond, and the issue during the period will be solved by someone in real time, it is a good value for money.

This is one of the best villas I've stayed , very beautiful , light , stylish . It was cozy , the kitchen was gorgeous . The pool is clean and very large. Our vacation was perfect. Me and my friends are delighted , we will definitely come again

Nice place to stay. 2-3 kms from walking street. All major facilities are available.

The agent replied swiftly. Check in was quick, and the pool was nice and clean. Rooms were wooden so that you would hear from another room, but its fine. location a bit off the centre, but Grab could accurately pick you up. Nice neighbourhood and breakfast was right opposite the villa. However, it would be perfect if hair dryer was provided. good host and staff, polite and it was a nice stay

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

Very nice peaceful villa with nice pool, host are very friendly and responsive, highly recommended if your looking for a quite peaceful break, I will definitely be back to stay.
