Condo vacation rentals in Jomtien Beach

First time visiting Thailand and Johnathan's place made the experience perfect! The location was secure, beautiful, lots of amenities, and was close to everything--lots of shopping, the beach, and night life. You would be very lucky to stay at this place during your visit.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Sam is an exceptional host! He responds incredibly quickly, making communication a breeze. The condo is exactly as described—spotless, well-maintained, and in an ideal location. It’s just an easy 8-minute walk to Tree Town, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle, ensuring peaceful, quiet nights. The security is top-notch, with attentive guards at the front gate and pool area, a secure key system for building access, and double locks on the main door for extra peace of mind. Sam is not only approachable but goes above and beyond to assist with anything you need. Highly recommend staying here for a perfect experience!

Everything was great. Good value for money

The apartment is on the 31st floor of a popular condominium in the heart of Pattaya and offers a great view of Pattaya Bay. The rental was well organized and check-in was absolutely problem-free. We felt very comfortable.

The condo is ideally situated close to Central Pattaya and Walking Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The Baht buses stop right outside the apartment, offering easy and affordable transport both into Central Pattaya and towards Jomtien, so the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s close enough to be near all the action, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The condo itself is well-maintained and the amenities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Perry is an outstanding host – he’s warm, approachable, and always available by phone, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

We had a lovely stay. Easy to get to, close to the beach, 7/11 on site and lots of options for restaurants. This place is huge, yet is so very quiet and peaceful. The pool was great for a dip after a long day of walking, exploring and shopping. We recommend staying here, wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay in Jomtien Beach, South Pattaya at James' apartment. The apartment is modern, bright, clean and very comfortable. It is situated within a large resort of similar apartments that includes a pool and a gym. The host, James, responded quickly to all communications. He is very friendly and went out of his way to be helpful and kindly gave us a tour of the area in his car making lots of suggestions of places to go. The apartment is well located, close to Soi Welcome where there are many good restaurants and bars and close to the Jomtien Beach. The local area feels safe and is suitable for all ages. There is a 7/11 convenience store just a few minutes walk from the apartment which was very handy. Recommended.

The neighborhood is very nice, right by the sea, the house is clean and tidy, the balcony can see the sunset directly with the sea view, there is also a pool downstairs, the housekeeper's sister is also particularly nice, the house is cleaned every day, very recommended

Anna has been the perfect host, very responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment is as described, perfect for single traveller or a couple. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and the balcony is comfortable to sit out on at night. There is a toaster, kettle, oven top, microwave and good sized fridge/freezer. The area is safe and is in easy walking distance to a local 7/11 and Tops along with a short walk down the main road to the beach with an array of restaurants, bars and other local shops along the way. Would highly recommend the apartment and Anna as a host!

Great place to stay on the beach. This was the largest Airbnb that I have stayed at in Thailand and the only one with a regular oven, not just a microwave. Kelli was also the quickest of any to respond to questions. It was seconds. It was like she always had her cell phone in her hands.

Great place to stay . Pascal is a wonderful host !A lot of space,everything is air conditioners ,TVs ,kitchen ,cleaning once a week. Peaceful house ,always clean pool, different beaches nearby,we really liked it! And most importantly, you can bring pets to Pascal,we stayed with a dog and a cat and he allowed it. Thank you very much!

Adepto’s place was a good location for our weekend getaway. The place is modern and clean, the bedrooms were quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. It was great having a washing machine in the unit, and many options to get basic groceries (711, Tops, and local food vendors). We enjoyed using the on-site fitness center, and the pool. Host was proactive and responsive. Great stay!

Everything was great, I liked the place. It had some minor shortcomings. But these were not important to me. It is in a nice location where I can reach everywhere.
