The staff at the condo that was at the office/condo was rude, unprofessional and was not helpful at all when we asked for directions and instead us questions that was none of their business like: how much did we pay for our condo? Etc

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Overall, the apartments are excellent and fully equipped – there is furniture, tableware, and everything is in good condition. The location is great: entertainment spots are about a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a store just around the corner, which was a very convenient bonus. I especially want to highlight the host, Sam. He is truly great, always available, and responds quickly to any questions or issues. There was a problem with cockroaches, but Sam immediately called pest control, and the issue was almost completely resolved. Another nice touch – Sam took care of sleeping comfort and even bought a mattress topper to make the bed softer. Such details are really appreciated. There was hot water with good pressure – no complaints. Overall, these were comfortable apartments with excellent service from the host. I will definitely return and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good place in a convenient location with a caring owner.

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

I booked the apartments for my parents' holiday and here is what they reported: Nice , spacious apartment, snow-white bed linen and towels, good mattresses. There is everything you need for both short and long stays. There is a drinking water filter - it is very convenient. Nearby is a small swimming pool on the terrace, where it is pleasant to watch the sunrise and sunset. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, there is a cafe opposite the house, shops and pharmacies nearby . I recommend it and we will definitely stay here.

Very good Host and the place was modern,clean and good security . Parking,shops ,bus stop and restaurants very conveniently located. Will book again next year.

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Walking distance to the beach, nice kitchen for light cooking and well kept, clean unit. Good food options in the area as well. Very good stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We had such a comfortable stay in Keli's beautiful, well equiped apartment. We have stayed in the area before, at a much higher cost, in a less well equipped apartment. The view from Keli's balcony is directly over the beach, out to the sea horizon. The pool area is so relaxing, with dedicated sunbeds and seating area, so you never go without. Keli was extremely helpful and flexible with check in and check out times, and she wanted only one thing...the best for us!! Thank you so much Keli. our stay was perfect and will will certainly see you again soon. 🙏❤️

We really enjoyed our stay with our FAMILY. There are no night gatherings near the condo and in the courtyard. Who needs home comfort and silence, welcome. There is no problem with transport how you get out of the condo tuk tuk near the condo . Someone wrote that you need to go is not true as you came out of the gate tuk tuk pass. The apartment is clean the most greasy plus is the individual access to the pool from the balcony, the pool is in the shady side so it will not be hot

Quite possibly the best airbnb host we have ever encountered. The apartment is perfect for a couple with a great view & awesome amenities. Free use of the motorbike is an added advantage & very useful if you have the skills to ride in a busy place such as Pattaya. Really pleasant area with all you need close by & nice accessible beach.

We had a great stay at Roya's place. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen essentials. While water wasn’t provided, a vending machine right in front of the block offered water for just 1 baht. The resort has a mini-mart, massage center, and pharmacy, making it convenient. Though located in a slightly secluded alley, it's easy to find and just a 5-minute cab ride away. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay, especially for those who enjoy the pool!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!
