We loved staying here. The view is spectacular! The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. The house had good, positive energy and we all slept like babies. The windows in the living room are amazing.. especially during a lightning storm. I enjoyed how easy going the entire experience was. We did not run into any issues. Thank you Sean for hosting!

Cherri was great...very receptive to any and all requests we had. If you need anything she will attend to it asap.

Victoria provided exceptional service when we encountered an issue with the Hot Tub temperature. She promptly reached out to us and arranged for a helper to come and resolve the problem. Thanks to her swift action, we were able to enjoy a relaxing evening sipping wine in the Hot Tub and a serene morning with coffee while watching the sunrise. If you're seeking a remote, peaceful retreat, this is the perfect place to stay.

We really enjoyed this house very much. We stayed here for its proximity to Whitewater Amphitheater, it was only 10 mins away and so easy to uber. We visited New Braunfels and some other surrounding fun places. Everything was exactly as described and the arrival directions were easy to follow. I’d like to make note that the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the bedsheets were so soft. Would definitely rent again when in the area.

We throughly enjoyed our visit to Fredericksburg and our stay at this cutie house! Location is close to downtown while still having a private, neighborhood feel. Also loved that each bedroom has a king bed- perfect for couples, along with great living room space. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this lovely lake side home! It was the perfect little getaway to spend Easter with our family. The guys really enjoyed going out in the kayak and paddle board provided and we all moved the hot tub! Would absolutely return.

Perfect location for our girl’s trip. We loved the scavenger hunt for the hidden cellar. Great way to start off our weekend. The house is beautifully decorated. And we took full opportunity of the backyard and hot tub. Great host and very responsive when we reached out. Highly recommend booking this!

Loved the house and the location. We enjoyed the fire pit one night and the quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable! Loved being close to downtown and had a great time hiking at Enchanted Rock!

This rental was perfect for our needs! We were having our house remodeled and rented this AirBnB house for 2 weeks. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all cooking items that we needed. We had enough room to spread out. Having a washer and dryer was nice. My son works from home as a GIS analyst and the internet worked perfectly for him. Learned how to use Roku! Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Definitely recommend!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed this place so so much. It was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend so we never drove - just walked everywhere. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Jennifer was so responsive when we didn't not have a K-Cup coffee maker and had one delivered overnight so we could have coffee first thing in the morning. A life saver! Loved the outdoor patio area with the swinging bed! Such a nice breeze when we came back after a hard day of shopping and wanted to just hang and rest before dinner. Definitely plan to come back again! :)

Visiting San Marcos for a wedding and Sara's home was a great place to relax & come back to after attending activities. Slept SO WELL every night & we were grateful for the comfortable furniture and lovely kitchen. Bonus: the deer every night down at the end of the yard! They were so fun to watch and the home was quite lovely. I wish we had more time to hang out on the covered porch, but we were very happy with out choice to stay at Sara's home. Great location for getting around San Marcos & surrounding area. * We appreciated the extra touches like individual bathroom amenities & kitchen supplies. Although we grabbed some things at HEB, it was nice that we didn't have to think about every little thing. The host has thought of things you might need which is always appreciated even if we didn't need them.

Perfect and quiet place to gather with family! Very comfortable , have everything you need very accesible and easy to find. We felt very safe.

Truong and Thao’a place was amazing! My family and I had a great time! The heated pool was amazing and we used it everyday we stayed. The house was clean with plenty for the kids to do inside. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was quiet, secluded, and very comfortable—perfect for our family of five. Despite the peaceful setting, there was plenty to do nearby and great restaurants just a short drive away. We had a slight issue with the pool, but Brandi, our host, responded quickly and took care of it right away. Great trip overall—wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. We had an amazing stay! The house is set in a beautiful location, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our trip. Mike was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved exploring the area—there were so many great attractions nearby. Would absolutely recommend!

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!
