Annette's place was as great as described. We really liked that it was close to the centre (10-15 min walk) yet there wasn't any noise from the street and parking was available. Apartment was clean and cute. The communication was superb, Annette quickly responded and make sure we felt good and that we understood the instructions. I definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and the bed incredibly comfortable – perfect for restful nights. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, flexible and welcomed me very warmly, so I felt right at home. The family atmosphere made the stay particularly pleasant. I will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

For my family and me, the place was very nice. Very conveniently located for our destinations. In terms of amenities, everything we needed was there. For the photos, I would have liked a floor plan to get a better insight into the layout of the accommodation. However, it was such a big surprise and everyone was satisfied. Simply excellent and great communication with the hosts. Thank you.

Frank is a very accommodating host. He always got back to me very quickly. The apartment was perfect for us. It was furnished as described and also equipped with children's toys and books. Information material is available and the location was great for day trips. We simply felt completely comfortable and highly recommend it!

I was there with my 1 week to get started in skiing. We had incredible weather luck - first fresh snow then until the day of departure minus degrees. Therefore, the location directly at the lift and ski school was simply brilliant for us. The apartment itself was quiet, super clean, cozily warm, with cozy beds and everything we needed was there. At the departure time, Kay was flexible, so we were able to get back on the slope in peace. All in all top Marks. Glad to come back!

We were already there for the second time and absolutely delighted again. Simply a beautiful apartment to feel comfortable in and Elisabeth is a very friendly, helpful hostess. We recommend the apartment 100% !

In our opinion, the accommodation is a little hidden gem. Small but nice, we didn't miss anything. Michael even helped us with our car breakdown, or mediated. Ideal for a couple to explore the surrounding areas for a few days.

Denise's apartment is very centrally located and nicely cozy . I was there alone, but if all 4 beds were occupied, it would still not be too tight . Communication was nice and always timely . Check-in with nice personal key service . Very eager and friendly. I'd love to come back again again !

Very friendly hostess, check-in via key box was very easy and communication very friendly. The apartment is large and clean, has a super equipped kitchen. You sleep out to the street on the upper ground floor, so you're more likely to close with windows. Thank you!

Overall, the place is great for an extended weekend in Karlovy Vary. It is very quiet and you are not far from the city center. The parking situation is the only thing that's not quite as nice. To avoid trouble with the Czech authorities, the car is always parked in the nearby parking garage.  Otherwise, I highly recommend it! 

The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Located in a pedestrian zone. The windows overlook the courtyard and are very quiet. The apartment is compact and comfortable. There is everything you need. Perfect for a couple.

The place was great. Everything was as described. Miroslav and the other staff of the facility were super friendly. Everything was extremely clean and in order. Everything is perfect, we will be happy to come back.

Super lodge, good location near colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

Very big and cozy flat in a great location. Not far from the city center, yet perfect for exploring the city or enjoying nearby nature. The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. It's a sunny place – we'll come back for sure!

Wonderful apartment in Bad Elster. Perfect location - walking distance to parks and bakery, surrounded by forest with beautiful starry skies at night. The host was attentive, and all our needs were met. Great for groups and very comfortable. Fresh air and peaceful surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. We had a good short vacation with our two small children. Even if some smaller things can still be improved, it must be said that the value for money is unbeatable. The apartment is functionally furnished, some consumables were also available, so you didn't have to buy anything extra (dishwashing tabs, detergent, etc.). This is not a matter of course for vacation rentals. Curtains in the bathroom would have been desirable. There is no direct window opposite, but you still feel a little uncomfortable. We found the parking situation challenging. The few parking spaces on the street were either occupied or reserved for hotels. We then had luck above the accommodation (relatively quickly accessible via a hidden staircase). However, since the parking situation is simply due to the concept of Karlsbad, I don't want to deduct a star for it.
