Perfect place to get out in the wilderness and stargaze at night. It is far away enough to feel like a vacation, but close enough to visit the mountains and lake. John (the host) was very nice and helpful. The house was very cute and clean and pre-heated by our host :) The beds were comfy and the linens were clean. We had a wonderful time exploring the property and Al (our dog) had a blast running and rolling around in the yard. Great getaway!

I was beyond grateful for the host’s quick response and ability to stay in this adorable space during a last minute work trip. Extremely quiet with peaceful surroundings. The space was tidy, well decorated and spacious. I would highly recommend for a small group looking to stay in the area.

Beautifully decorated home, very comfortable beds and seating areas. We felt right at home. We stopped in Ridgecrest one night on the way to Death Valley. I wanted a place to laundry since we had been on the road for 5 days already. the laundry room is nice and clean and had laundry soap provided. Every little detail for a traveler was appreciated!

Entire Residential Home- Relaxing & Quiet Stay

The place was small but cozy. It was clean, although the smell of the products used was a little too strong for me. A living room rug and coffee table would make it a bit more comfortable. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t working and the dishes needed to be done by hand. Overall it was quiet at night and I found it easy to sleep and I enjoyed my stay.

Comfort Inn the desert was just that comfortable. Felt like home. Has lots of space. With my 4 kids, everyone had their own area. Plenty of seating. The beds and the couches were plush. Hopefully it's available again the next time we visit as we go up there at least once a year. We didn't have any issues, but Olivia was very communicative before we arrived as well as after we left.

Great place, lots of room. Nice back yard and patio. Fun pool and darts area in the garage. Lots of extra blankets for chilly desert evenings. Our dog appreciated the outdoor space. Host was very prompt with replies and gave good directions to find and access property. Would definitely stay again.

Brenda's apartment looks inconspicuous from the outside, but as soon as you cross the doorstep, you will be greeted by a modern, great and really clean apartment. Brenda was an honest and direct host who also let us know a few days in advance that the tumble dryer broke, which is why she would have given us the opportunity to cancel the reservation. For us this was not a problem at all and we are very glad that we were allowed to stay in Brenda's apartment. It has everything your heart desires and more. Thanks again for that, Brenda!

Bryan’s ‘Monkey Flower Ranch’ is an incredible, beautiful, unique place to stay. The main cabin and tiny houses are so well built and cosy. The property they sit on is picturesque and the surrounding mountains and stream are breathtaking. I highly recommend staying there and experiencing all it has to offer. The stars are night are epic, showering in the semi outdoor shower is so lovely and sitting down by the stream is so relaxing and peaceful. Communicating with Bryan was also always easy and he was helpful at every turn. Thanks for everything mate! Joel

This place was the perfect location for friends and family to visit within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect landing pad for being close to the people important in our lives. It was homey and comfortable making the stay like a second home away from home. I am saving this location for future visits due to it's perfect location and amazing hosts.

Matt and Gina were more than amazing in getting us in and making sure we always had what we needed. It wasn't very hot when we checked in and literally in a day went too hot, so Matt came over asap and got the cooler running. (Desert/swamp cooler life) . They absolutely cater to their guests. The home is very cozy and has plenty of room for a family of 5. Our situation was crazy and stressful as to why we had to get an air bnb and they were so great to work with and made it so easy through our stay. Highly recommend them and their house!

Our stay at the Mojave Oasis was truly an unforgettable family getaway. The house was perfectly located, making it easy to access all the places we wanted to visit. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The space was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Some highlights for me were the dining room table, the inviting couches, and especially the exceptionally comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. The themed rooms and beautiful wall paintings added a unique charm—fun and tasteful without being overwhelming. Sarah and her co-host, Orlando, were fantastic. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our trip relaxing and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Leslie's place is great for those who want to commune with the stars and be surrounded by horses and nature. Our daughter is a horse rider, and Leslie was very kind to let her ride several of the horses and get a sense of what it is like to ride Western. Highly recommend. Bring your own food because there isn't much for miles around, but a true little paradise and authentic piece of California.

Cassie's place was great, we mainly communicated with John, who was very responsive. Our company rented their place for 3 months while working on a project site, so it was really nice to have a home for the guys to come back to. Any issues that did arise during the stay was communicated and addressed quickly. Thank you John and Cassie for being such great hosts!

Matt was a wonderful host! We were in town to off-road and brought our dirt bikes to ride around at some iconic spots nearby but had some bike troubles and Matt was kind enough to recommend local shops who may be able to help fix it. The home was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything we needed and more. If we’re in town again, we’d definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Everything was pristinely clean, Wayne gave clear instructions for arrival and departure. There is a binder with local recommendations for the area. It was very easy to get to Death Valley National Park from the location. It was a bit of a drive but made for a great base camp. My family really enjoyed the stay.
