Our stay in Daniel's apartment was wonderful, it has a beautiful view with balcony to enjoy. Super practical, clean and with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Daniel welcomed us very warm, sharing a lot of information about places to eat or how to get from the airport. The apartment has very nice lighting and ventilation in addition to being in a very quiet neighborhood with nearby squares if you have a dog.

Accommodation with a good location, very kind in allowing us to check in early.

We stopped here for one night after landing in San Jose on our way to the next location. The driveway was a little intimidating (we did it in the dark) but doable. María was very responsive and helpful getting us checked in, and the space was clean and comfortable. The views were incredible, overlooking the city was a pretty surreal welcome to Costa Rica!

Bernd Y Irmgard were wonderful hosts; very accomodating and easy to talk to. The apartment was exceptional and very nice. They gave me directions to the grocery store and other locations. Their hosting was outstanding and would definitely stay with them again. They are definitely 5-star airbnb hosts!!

Very quiet, and excellent service

I had a great stay here. The kitchen had everything you could wish for, there was not one but two coffee makers and a blender. The private garden was nice and I enjoyed making use of the pool and gym. The only slight downside is that there are a lot of dogs in the building so it is inevitable to hear a bit of barking, but other than that it was a perfect place to stay in San Jose!

Great stay. Only advice would be to clarify the. access to the apartment before hand. We got locked out once. But a great place to stay with very good restaurants around. very relaxing.

Angelita's listing is exactly as described. My wife and I are very comfortable staying at the house. We have everything we need to make our stay a wonderful experience. Great place. We felt safe. The home is cool and not too hot. The home is right across from a grocery store MasxMenos. Very nice comfy home. The owner is very responsive and friendly.

Lorena is by far the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! She took care of every detail, making us feel at home. The Airbnb is super comfortable, fully equipped, and perfect for friends, couples, or small families. We were a group of four, and everything was flawless. El Granero was a highlight—amazing Costa Rican food! Their BerryBites are a must-try. We also went trekking with Escape Poasito to a hidden waterfall—an unforgettable experience with breathtaking views. As a curious group, we toured the on-site dairy farm and Lombritec, learning about their fascinating activities. The best part? Everything was just steps away! To top it off, we were only 20 minutes from Poás Volcano and La Paz Waterfall Gardens, making this the perfect location. A 1000/10 experience—thank you, Lorena, for this unforgettable and inspiring stay!

We only stayed for one night but it’s a great spot walkable to Barrio Escalante where we had dinner and drinks. The place is very large with plenty of space for an even larger party than us 4. FYI there is no A/C (weather and breeze were just fine for us) and there is a subway that runs right outside the place. It stops overnight but starts up again around 0530 so if you’re a late sleeper bring ear plugs. Great spot, would recommend.

This home is beautiful & so comfortable. In a safe & quiet location right outside of san jose. One of the nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The host was very nice & communicative

Beautiful place! Specious and my kid loved the toys in the play room! Very clean kitchen full of amenities and nice outside area. Highly recommended for families with kids. Great location, two nice parks walkable distance. San Pedro mall only 10min drive.

Everything in Costa Rica is amazing and how would Janet and her apartment not be? Very well located, large and comfortable apartment with everything you need to have a great stay, both short and long! The hostess is excellent, very friendly, if you are Brazilian like me, don't be afraid of your portunhol, she strives well to understand, as well as speak English very well. I travel a lot through Latin America and Europe and recommend 100%! Gracias, Janet!

Ricardo’s place is great! San Jose downtown as well as the airport are very easy to reach from his place. Communication and check-in went very smoothly.

Definitely felt at home and really enjoyed staying here, exceeded my expectations. Great host and terrific location to be amongst the locals, I was treated well and felt very safe. Having a large grocery store just around the corner was a major plus. Will definitely stay again in the future.
