The place is located in a quite quiet area, a small town without much to do, with very few houses around; despite being a ballast street it is totally walkable but quite dark at night. The peace and tranquility of the place is incredible and great to rest. The house is fully equipped, it is comfortable, safe and has everything you need to feel at home. The views and nature around and on the way to the Guapiles is beautiful and full of landscapes. It is about 15-20mins from the center of Guapiles.

What a beautiful spot in the Central Valley. The view from the house is incredible. It’s a quiet neighborhood within easy driving distance of interesting sites in the valley. Clean, simple and organized, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Marlene was very accommodating. We had to leave our other Airbnb. Marleny has. 2 night stay requirement and we only needed 1 night stay to head back to Jaco, she changed the requirements for us. We do not know Marleny at all. We had a group of 9 and she was just so nice and caring. We needed a hdmi cord for my son’s Xbox. She brought one right up to us. Thank you sooooo much. Everyone should book her home. Absolutely stunning the view is everything.

It's a beautiful one bedroom condo on the 23rd floor. In regards to safety it is card accessed. So your room key only allows you to access your own floor and the rooftop pool area. Her home is very tastefully decorated. Very clean . Balcony has nice view of the city. She provided 3 bags of chips along with 3 bottles of water. On the 24th floor is the roof top pool, barbecue area etc. I highly recommend checking it out. There's a great little coffee machine in the lobby, an Indian restaurant and a casual breakfast, lunch and dinner place within 200 feet of her home. I will stay her again. Eliot

Excellent cabin to be surrounded by nature, still close to the facilities of the city. The viewpoint is beautiful, and the cabin has common areas ideal for group sharing. There was enough space to park, and with a gate in front that made it safe.
