This family friendly ranch home is in Bear Creek Lakes Community in Jim Thorpe. Only 10 min drive to historic Jim Thorpe Train. We are walking distance to the lake, pool, playgrounds, tennis & basketball courts! The living room has an 82" TV and double sided gas fireplace open to the dining room. The garage has arcade style games, a pool table, foosball, mini ping pong and shuffleboard. The backyard has a deck, BBQ, fire pit and many outdoor games. We have kayaks, paddleboards and bikes.

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! Thank you Chen for helping to make our experience at your place magical! We loved the house with the big beautiful windows, the deers in the morning in our backyard, the hot tub, and the rest of the accommodations! It was my sister's graduation weekend and she was thrilled - we watched movies, went on a nice hike, ordered some take out, and cooked. Highly recommend. Thank you for your weekend suggestions as well and for being very communicative and flexible with us. Would certainly stay here again!

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!
