Beautiful house, with everything you need to not want to leave. We could see a beautiful sunset from the balcony, the jacuzzi was spectacular, the house has everything you need for a luxury stay. Juan Gabriel and Ana had excellent communication. Keep in mind that if you're a light sleeper, it's advisable to bring earplugs, as there's a road nearby and you can hear the noise from the vehicles.

This was a great place for a medium size group to spend the night near the airport before venturing to other parts of Costa Rica. The listing was as described. The area is safe, easy to find, and the host was attentive and responsive to all our needs. Gracias!

By far the best service we’ve had with an Airbnb! felipe was so responsive and thoughtful. The house’s view was AMAZING, and we immediately warmed up the hot tub and had a sunset plunge over looking the city. The kitchen was PERFECT! It was equipped with everything you needed, and the laundry and tv and A/C’s all worked great! We loved being able to walk to the nearby restaurant and the layout was perfect for our big group. It felt like a HOME, and we felt so taken care of while we were there. We even hired a babysitter through Felipe for our toddler and she was the best babysitter we’ve ever had! Stay was pretty awesome. It’s a peaceful place. Weekend nights brings a party crowd but outside of that it’s super relaxed feel. Layout of the home is very appealing. Beautiful views. Loved the pool. Close proximity to grocery stores and coffee shops. There is also a neat Polish restaurant minutes away from the home which is a meeting place for some Canadians who have moved to CR. We enjoyed talking with them and getting their take on Atenas. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Charlie and Gloria’s place

It was an excellent stay, I traveled with a group of friends and the apartment had everything we could need, everything very comfortable, spacious and clean, we would definitely stay here again when we came back

A true jungle experience! Axel has created a wonderfully isolated escape for those looking to get away from it all. He's a great host, always available to share his knowledge (or take you for an excursion) but also giving you space to enjoy the quiet and solitude.

Any issues we had got resolved fairly quickly so the stay went smooth.

The place is very nice, but the access to the beach is difficult. Parking places are very expensive close to the beach.

Maricel was a wonderful host. She was responsive, flexible and kind. We were able to arrange luggage hold with her next door Aunt who was also very kind to us. Location is close to the airport and her neighbors seem to keep a close eye on things. We also enjoyed the local kitties who came to visit. Place was spotless.

The house and the place is very nice, only to go to the pool area if there is a bit of access for people with motor disabilities. Everything is great, recommended.

From the moment we arrived we were in paradise. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent Christmas at this beautiful home and had everything we needed to make Christmas brunch and dinner. I loved the little room on the second level with panoramic views of the mountains. The pool was refreshingly cool. The furniture was all comfortable. The wifi was great and Gerardo responded right away. You will need a 4x4 to climb the steep roads but it was easy to navigate. This gorgeous home was worth the extra drive. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Nailed it with this location. We have never visited Costa Rica before & I can’t express how helpful Caesar was through the whole process with any questions I had. He was very quick to respond and always incredibly helpful. The house itself was a dream. It was much bigger than we actually needed, but it was nice to have the space to spread out. we felt very safe in Punta Leona. The views from the house were so incredibly gorgeous. Waking up every day to the sounds of the ocean and all the birds and wildlife all around will be missed, but we do hope to return one day. Hazel the housekeeper comes every day and she is such a special person. She was also very helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. We saw tons of monkeys, iguanas, scarlet macawas, and many other birds from the house. Plays Blanca was wonderful to snorkel every day. We watched sea turtles hatch from the beach and snorkeling with sea turtles & colorful fish. It was perfect.

We enjoyed staying at Cat’s and Yolanda’s home. Even though there is shared common areas, we felt very comfortable and private. Afternoon swims in the pool and lounging in the hot tub was relaxing. Quiet mornings in the upper deck were peaceful and you could hang out and enjoy the gorgeous valley view. We are fairly active so walks into town were very doable. Atenas has a good mix of tourists and locals and is a friendly town.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The area is walkable to grocery store and restaurants and cafe’s. Raúl was very accommodating and responsive. The security guards are friendly and the building is very secure. We will definitely be back!
