Kasia is a very good home host. Nice, smiling, energetic, interested in the well-being of your guests. She took us in her car twice for cross country skiing. She gave helpful tips for the infrastructure in Jakuszyce. Recommended!

The place was very clean and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with extra needs, which we really appreciated. Quite exceptional accommodation in a beautiful environment. Welcome by Ivana and Anton was very warm. The cottage is extremely nice and super comfortable, all with impeccable cleanliness. Very complete equipment except for a laundry area that would benefit from being reserved for tenants. But there is the option to do laundry at Ivana's. Beautiful accommodation in nature, very tastefully decorated and so many great things to discover for children. Our son liked the billiards and table tennis room best. Our daughter was barely able to get out of the game stable with rocking horses and other game animals. An entire room full of toys (cuddly toys, wooden railway,...) was right next to the apartment. A few minutes walk away we were able to feed the real animals (two ponies, three donkeys, a goat,...) and enjoy the beautiful view. Sitting comfortably outside by the fire in the evening, wood was there. We could have spent the week there completely and didn't miss anything. But the tri-border area also offers plenty of places to visit. It was a completely beautiful holiday.

We cooked a lot, the kitchen equipment was sufficient for that. We fired the fireplace daily - very cozy. The beds were ok. The property itself is large and tree-grown and invites you to spend time there. There is a beautiful terrace. The house is situated in a fantastic, peaceful, quiet environment: lake, forest, rocks right in front of the garden gate. Bohemian paradise is a real insider tip. Karel had good tips for our excursions and hikes and also for parking and activities in Prague. Beautiful mini golf course not far away. There is a smaller grocery store very close, for which slightly larger shopping you can easily go to Lidl, Penny, dm (10km away).

Just perfect for Mountainbiker and fans of the Singletrek! The cottage is big enough for 2 person, the location great. Martin is a good host, but keep in mind: communication is only possible in Czech. There is a friend who can speak an excellent german for german speaking guests.

Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!

Really nicely designed place, we felt there like at home and the surrounding nature and nearby services in the area are also great!
