We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

We lived at this place just prior to Christmas - the whole house was decorated with a Christmas-sy feel. The house had all the amenities and we felt right at home.

Says exactly what's on the listing - very adequate for a short stay. Loved the pool and facilities, the fact that there was a restaurant and also a 24 hour shop - great for us without a car! But the Grab taxis needed the photos provided by host to get us there, and had some trouble finding us when we wanted a pickup.

We had such a great time hosting this guest. Everything went smoothly. The place was left in such good shape. Come back any time!

Since the host provides two parking lots which save us a lot. As the retail parking charges max rm18/day. However, there is risk that others owner park illegally. Hope the host can check first make sure the parking lots not occupied by others before the guest arrive. The unit is same as the photos. The surrounding is quiet at night. Beds are comfortable to sleep on. However taking sometimes to use lift when there is big group of guests are checking in/out. The host is very responsive to our request on missing amenities. The driving distance to town is about 10-15mins.

A group of 12 stayed at this property, and it was great since it has ample space to do the things we need, plus the price is really acceptable.

Perfect for a family getaway, conveniently located nearby a variety of shopping and food options. The host, Joey was also super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

The host went above and beyond, ShiYun even stopped by for a quick solving at the middle of night. the bed linens were of the highest quality, and like 5 stars hotel towels. This property is perfect for families celebrating a special occasion. It’s worth every penny for an unforgettable experience.

We booked 2 adjacent units. The houses are very clean and comfortable, and at a good location too. Communications with Shi Yun and Karen was great, they are very helpful and responsive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were a group of more than 20 people, and this place stood out for us. Happy we booked this house which is near to many places that we wanted to visit. The house was great with all amenities that we needed. The hosts are very responsive and are ready to help you anytime. We had an aircon issue on day 1, and the host came down to fix it personally for us. This place is definitely recommended for big groups and families. Would surely come back in future!😀

I had a wonderful stay at Peter's place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. Peter was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions I had, which made the experience stress-free. The location was ideal, close to Sunshine and Bayan Baru. The whole house was clean, modern decor and fully equipped with all the amenities listed. Love the kitchen so much! Even the laundry detergent was provided. Kelly was so responsive when i had issues with the gate remote control. She answered the phone immediately and rectify the issue as soon as she can. Such a great host. Most of the doors/grills are well locked by the host. Very proper and secure. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our 5 nights there! Thank you Kelly and KMS accommodation 👍💯

First of all, this house is highly recommended, oh if you have weak legs, maybe reconsider as there are stairs to conquer. On the day of check in, I have difficulty opening the locker, luckily Sam had send an elderly couple to our rescue and taught me how to open the locker. The house is clean as how it looks in picture, very warm/cosy house. Place had cleaned before we came, the brooms, mops and cloths are laid nicely, also available for us to use during the stay. Sam had my mosquitoes coils delivered upon request as I was searching for it in marts around the area but was sold out. Had the most responsive owner to date. As the house is along the street, do expect noises along the road, but the cafes and street food are around the corner, definitely good location to stay. Great stay/house/owner.

Helpful hosts and easy to communicate with, we had a great stay at this unit and the bedroom facing the sea was a bonus!

Right location, a 1-minute walk to the beach (which was not crowded despite the school holidays season) Big spacious house with more than sufficient good sized beddings. Plenty of things to do in the house itself, there’s a pool board, indoor basketball net, a smart tv. Can do light cooking. Ample space to prepare food, fridge etc. There’s a small lawn on the side of the house for kids to play around. Also space to dry clothes. Overall we were satisfied and would definitely consider coming again for our next break.
