Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Jeffersonville

The place was perfect for the 4 of us but my 6 foot tall children had difficulty using the bathroom and shower upstairs due to the slanted ceiling. Glad there was a 2nd bathroom they could use to shower. It was clean and easy to find everything we needed.

We had an amazing time at Colin’s place. The Shantyboat was such a comfortable place to relax in and ride out the epic storms KY was experiencing. Colin was proactive and texted before we arrived to let us know where to hide out during the tornados. He also was responsive when there was a small leak in the roof impacting the front entryway. The house is right next to the river with a great running path, walkable to all the restaurants and shops in NuLu and downtown, in addition to being on a beautiful street. I would plan to stay here again in future trips to Louisville.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years, it’s a great space and Tyler is a top notch host. The backyard sauna is always a welcome treat at the end of the day. Definitely recommend

5 stars isn’t enough! Staying here was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-stocked the apartment was. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—and then some! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, with easy access to amazing restaurants, live music, and local attractions. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The rooftop lounge with skyline views was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was fully equipped, clean, and spacious—way better than your average hotel gym. And having secure parking made everything hassle-free. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming, luxury experience. Whether you’re in town for work, play, or a little of both, you won’t find a better place to stay. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in Louisville!

I loved this house! Picture perfect inside with a huge kitchen! And the loveliest backyard…it was chilly and a bit rainy during our stay but I could envision a sultry summer evening playing cornhole with a gold rush cocktail in hand. Plenty of closet space and hangers! We had a great time Andi would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home designed with convenience in mind! Stayed with my husband and our 4 children ages 5, 7, 9 and 10. The home is beautiful, spotless and comfortable. It's conveniently filled with amenities that came in handy! The Nintendo Switch was the highlight for my boys, I loved that there were fans in every room and the beds are very comfy! We especially loved the gorgeous, fenced in back yard and used all the amenities it offered to include the fire pit, hot tub and the grill. We also took advantage of the high chair and pack n play when our niece came over. This home is also located very near to all the Louisville attractions. Keep in mind, there is no driveway, parking is street parking, but we never had an issue parking right in front of the house, literally right by the front steps. The host, Justin, was super responsive to our needs and was kind enough to let us extend our reservation, we did not want to leave! Highly recommend, this house is worth every penny.

Great place to stay with a group! Very walkable to restaurants, breweries, and shops. Great stay overall!

Host was great & left laundry soap since we had an extended stay for a family event. Clean with a well-stocked kitchen and bath. Great little place for staying with pets. Backyard is fenced, but not private. Close to Louisville but beware of the toll bridge fees
