I absolutely adored my stay this weekend! Such a cute Air Bnb very centrally located by all the amazing shops and restaurants in the Nulu area. We definitely will reserve this Air Bnb next time we are in town!

Enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants. The owners were nice and checked in on my needs (I stayed for two weeks). With it being an older building, the walls are thin so you can hear some noise from the adjacent unit if there’s louder tenants. That doesn’t bother me so it didn’t affect my review. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

You can’t find a better location than this! Very cute, quiet, and clean studio located near many restaurants, bars, and things to do in the NuLu district. Just enough space for two people! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Louisville.

Our stay at this Louisville NULU Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome — they were responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The property itself is so unique — situated right above a charming wine and bourbon bar, it offered an authentic bourbon experience that we absolutely loved. Being able to sample amazing bourbon selections just steps away from our door really added a special touch to our trip. The location couldn't have been better. We were within easy walking distance of fantastic coffee shops, great restaurants, lively bars, and some of downtown Louisville’s best distilleries. It made exploring the city effortless and fun. The space was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated — the perfect home base for our time in Louisville. We would 100% recommend this Airbnb to family and friends, and would love to stay here again the next time we're in town!

Great stay at Bethany’s place, and fantastic location that is close to the action but also very quiet. We loved Bethany’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again if and when we come back to Louisville. Bethany was very easy to communicate with and also has lots of great restaurant recommendations in the area, which was super helpful.

Everything was perfect -- I wish I could live in the loft full-time. Lisa is very friendly and a great communicator. The loft is in a great location to see all Louisville has to offer, and and there is a lot to explore within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and I loved putting a record on to start my morning.

Upon arrival, we realized that Michael had not understood in our communication that we were driving a pickup truck with an attached 16 foot trailer (about 40 ft total), and would need somewhere to park it overnight. The complex has a large parking lot behind the two buildings, but it was rather full. Despite this, with the help of some of the absolute wonderful tenants Michael has and Michael's quick response to my questions, the parking conundrum was solved easily. The 2 bedroom accommodation is well stocked for cooking and dining if we were there for a longer stay. Some areas needed a little more attention as far as cleaning, but in general, it was alright. The sheets were clean, and oh my, the beds were comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and had a nice area to walk our two dogs. All-in-all, for the price point we paid for the night with two dogs and the fantastic assistance from everyone, we were very happy with our stay at Michael's place. Thank you, Michael!

The kitchen has all the appliances and dinnerware one would need. The porch is a plus. Very nice to sit out there and read on a warm day. We would certainly love to stay in Heather’s lovely apartment the next time we are in Louisville!

Jaclyn’s home is so charming, and so welcoming! Maybe what I appreciate most is that this apartment has a sense of character and warmth that creates a sense of “place”. A beautiful property! I hated to leave! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Covered free parking on the level of the unit made it easy to access. The step by step instructions were detailed extremely well, which made everything hassle free. Text messages and emails were promptly answered, and the communication overall was superior. Also, the Airbnb is in an upscale community, which is safe and walkable to coffee shops, breakfast cafes, and some really good eateries. Parks and safe walking spaces are all around. Loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay there again.

Great location and great host. Zion was very responsive and helpful with inquiries. We’d definitely stay again. It was close to the expo center which was great for a weekend of volleyball there. Neighborhood was nice with a lot of restaurants close enough to walk to. Highly recommend.
