Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Jefferson County

Had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed and we were very happy with it. The home was listed as dog friendly and we brought our pups, there were dog treats and extra bowls which we’ve never experienced before! The space was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed all of it! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great time on our family trip! The home was very homey and comfortable to us. We would definitely stay again if we were planning to take another trip to this area 😊

Dandridge is a great little town and this house is right in the heart with great views of Douglas lake. Walking in the house you felt like you were home. Would definitely stay again!

Great secluded property with a view! If you have dogs, property is pet friendly and deck has latched gates so you can enjoy the hot tub and the view with your pets outside with you off leash. Property manager was very responsive to questions and booking issue we had with Airbnb website. Will stay there again when in the area.

Amazing stay with the family at this fantastic mountain get away. Not too far from Pigeon Forge and plenty to do at the house when not out exploring.

This place was amazing. The home seemed to be brand new and was very clean. Everything was as described and the scenery was beautiful. The highland cows right outside the front door was amazing and so unique. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly.

This Airbnb was more than we expected. My family members were very excited! once we got there. the house had everything we needed and more. Graig the owner and Scot the property manager. no matter when you emailed them you will get a response back. This was our family Christmas vacation. And the House accommodate us with not One, but two Christmas trees, which were so beautifully decorated. We felt like we were at home. we are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Julie’s place was absolutely perfect! We stayed at The Spruce. After Hurricane Helene we has to reschedule due to my husband having to travel. Julie was very helpful in making our getaway happen. We will be back!

This home was exceptional! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again.

The pictures of this listing are gorgeous, but you have to be there in person to experience just how beautiful it really is. Pictures cannot capture how breathtaking this space and its views truly are. Julie was super responsive to all our silly questions throughout our stay. The property is set up so thoughtfully. She put her whole heart into this place and it shows. We were so comfortable during our time here and we cannot wait to come back. I will echo a fellow Floridian in the reviews - if you do not have experience traversing hills, try to get here the first time during the day. After that, it’s a breeze and much less intimidating. A spectacular stay at the perfect location. It was everything my husband and I were hoping for.

Great location and very clean home. It was a peaceful and quiet stay but close enough to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful time stay at Fancy Pants!! We come to Townsend all the time and never knew such a wonderful home was there. Amazing view, the sound of the river just outside the door left us feeling relaxed after our daily adventures. Parker and Oz were such gracious host. Will definitely be coming back.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a great stay at the cabin. Very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was excellent after a cold day in town. We will be back to stay for sure. Thank you Tammy and Victor!

Kris Villa was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The place was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family of 12 had plenty of space, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was also incredibly accommodating and responsive. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, I highly recommend Kris Villa. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 1st stay at this Air-b-n-b and %100 worth the price. The location was perfect about 20 minutes from the main strip in pigeon forge but just far enough away from all the traffic and noise. It has a very nice hot tub and cozy atmosphere. The only thing we noticed was that the bottom of the shower door was leaking out water a little bit and when the water got really hot it would squeal, but other than that we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!

Very cute & cozy cabin. We stayed 5 days we enjoyed the fire place, watched movies, build legos with the girls. We will definitely be back.

wonderful and beautiful place to stay! My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and for Valentine’s day celebration. Josh and Erica’s place was lovely, cozy, and perfect for the two of us! I highly recommend their place and I hope to stay again sometime.

We used Chelsey’s place to celebrate a long overdue family holiday. The space was perfect for everyone. We were able to get 3 families together under one roof. They had it decorated for the holidays making it feel less like a vacation home and more like our house. Chelsey was accommodating and very kind.

We felt right at home at It’s Owl Good. The hot tub and arcade made the stay so enjoyable for our family! We came for Christmas. Jess even took the time to put a tree up for our stay, which made it even more special to us. Jess was quick to respond to any question or need that we had. The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy! We will absolutely come back to stay here when we visit the area again. Thank you, Jess for a fantastic get-away!

Definitely amazing! Very clean, the decor is so perfect for a cabin! Host was very responsive when there was an issue with the hot tube. Fixed same day! The cabin is situated on top of a mountain with several other cabins, but they all seemed to be rentals, and it was very quiet! I love to walk. It was so nice not having some hillbilly's dog chasing me, or looking at unsightly property. My eleven year old just loved spending the day at Ober Ski resort. Can't wait to return!

I had an amazing stay here, had a weather inconvenience and had to stay another day and it was no problem. The hose was very understanding and was extremely responsive. I think these host deserve an award it was just an amazing experience. I loved the hot tub, charcoal grill, fireplace, porches, living room, the master bath was amazing. The list never ends. I will 100% be staying here again.
