Lola and Babak's place was lovely. Very unique furnishings with a wonderful library full of entertaining books! The neighborhood was peaceful with a short 10-15 minute walk to the Stockyards and Arcade District including Logboat Brewing and great restaurants. The walk to lively downtown was also about 10-15 minutes with local shops, restaurants and bars. Great place to stay!

We loved staying here & will certainly do so again! It’s in a great location and really close to Stephens College & many good restaurants. The Airbnb was fully stocked & had so many wonderful touches such as charging cables, soap/lotion/shampoo, coffee with creamer/sugar, etc. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This is the first time I have an Airbnb and I was very surprised when I arrived to this beautiful place, anything that you need, you gonna find it, two beds, sofa, kitchen, snacks, laundry, everything was amazing… If I need to go to that area again, I’ll choose this place again 100%

Roomy layout and the snacks and food were a nice touch. A short walk to the Katy trail was nice. A great place to stay for Katy Trail adventures or exploring Boonville!

Gggrreeat!! - (no I'm not a tiger). That says a lot, but heres the real, and understand how positive this statement is - The heater had a problem on arrival. Stuff happens, mechanical things break regardless of price, plans, or even maintenance. They responded immediately. They worked out an immediate workaround, and had professional service there the following day, and even monetarily acknowledged the inconvenience. This is possibly the most important attribute you want in a host. Its easy to be cool when everything is fine. This host was at their best when difficulties existed. SO, have confidence here. You'll love it

This place was amazing! A quiet peaceful weekend that we desperately needed while still getting in some drinks in Hermann. Our top favorite spot was Endless Summer which is located super close. The outside seating was adorable, my husband and I sat out in the grass and relaxed in the shade. The inside was very “homey” and the bed was really comfortable as well! I’d highly suggest this place to anyone!

Such a charming, cute & cozy place. it was perfect for a Mom/Daughter weekend. Peaceful neighborhood. Close to Walmart & restaurants. I would definitely recommend a stay at this great apartment. The only draw back was the stairs, but that was in this listing, so it wasn't too big a deal. Got a good workout!

Great location given this was 15 mins from the stadium. Plenty of restaurants and shops were less than 10 mins away. Would stay again in the future.

John and Chelsea’s was great. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They provided local recommendations and check in was really easy. The apartment is located in downtown Sedalia close to Katy trail and the fairgrounds. There are plenty of restaurants, vintage stores and boutiques within walking distance.

It was a cozy little place to stay with a little fenced in patio area that was nice to sit in and talk to my coworkers with. There’s a few pretty good restaurants right around the corner and some shops to check out as well. Nice little breakfast bowl place to hit in the mornings too.

Nothing bad to say and five stars all the way around. She was an amazing host. The property was exactly as described and it was quiet, peaceful and clean. Very comfy bed very gracious host who is extremely flexible and accommodating. Very responsive to messages and I would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat.

I booked this place for a night while I was in town for work. It was perfect for one person, but also would be perfect for two! It was close to everything and Jennifer was very accommodating. I would book this place again!

Great place to stay and would book again! Very spacious and comfortable. Cool details original to the house. The homes close to the capitol are old and beautiful. Everything worked well and the host was friendly and communicative. The street was hit by a tornado a few years ago so some houses are undergoing repairs and the one next door is likely a tear down. However, we felt safe and it’s a close walk to high street and overall a great place! Would book again!

We had a very nice stay in Boonville in the "little apartment," Debi was very responsive to questions, gave extra insight on things to do and see as well as some places to eat. The room was as described and met our needs. The place was clean and welcoming! The people we interacted with in the town and surrounding towns were nice as well. We had a great weekend and would return and/or recommend to others.

Wow, what a great place! The condo alone is gorgeous and has everything you need to make it a super time away from the ho hum of everyday life. It's impeccably clean, with very comfortable beds and the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. It's very modern and so cutely decorated that you don't want to leave. But there's so much to do with the swimming pool only a few steps away and lots of fun things to do in town as well. The deck is so relaxing that I fell asleep listening to the birds and stargazing. You can watch the turtles and fish come and go in the cove right from the deck. John and Cindy are great hosts and provide top notch instructions/information and easy check in to make it a very comfortable vacation. Very easy to communicate with them. Wonderful 5 star stay. Book it. You won't be disappointed! Can't wait to go back...but for longer.

Great location, everything was perfect

Place was exactly as pictured and described. Actually bigger than the pictures give credit for! Very clean and smelled amazing. The grill on the deck was a great bonus, as was the pool with the amazing view. We will definitely be back!!

the view from the deck was beautiful, the place felt cozy like home and the entire place was so quiet and peaceful. only negative I would say is the indoor pool was closed and I was not informed of that until arrival so that was disappointing but overall very nice place and would book again.

Such a cute place and a great location. The decor was so great and the outside porch was perfect. Easy to get to and close to lots of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and hope to in the summer when we can really enjoy all of the outdoor activities.
