This fit our needs perfectly and loved that the house was decorated for Christmas. Having an extra hour to check out was very helpful with the number of people in our party.

This cabin was really great. The location is very much out of the way, about a 15 minute drive to the nearest town, but that is exactly what I was looking for. The cabin itself was very clean and neat, and we immediately felt comfortable walking into the place. There are a bunch of beds, some more private than others, but it's perfect for the large group of teenagers I had with me. We especially liked the room upstairs, which became a secondary hangout area along with the living room. The grounds around the cabin are nice, with a fire pit right outside. In warmer weather I would certainly have spent more time at the lake, which was very pleasant to take an early morning walk around. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a private spot far (but not too far) from civilization which is well appointed without being luxurious. A very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Oh my this place didn’t disappoint! My first time last minute booking a beautiful cabin in northwest Indiana! I had no idea what I was looking forward to my family was very impressed. The location was very secluded with nearby cabins! The walk to the lake was maybe about 10 mins considering I’m 9 months pregnant it was very clear and easy to transport to. I love our stay the cabin felt very new and comfy. Clean, Eric was super responsive when I had issues getting in! I was overall pleased with our stay will do again in the future. The place was immaculate and had so much to offer. I’m glad we booked with brightstone they made our weekend complete!

I was blown away by the lodging and hospitality of the hosts! We arrived to a very clean apartment with a fridge stocked with delicious eggs, bread, blueberry cake, and water bottles- all of which were a surprise to us. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly respectful of our time and space, but made sure to give us very great restaurant recommendations and be friendly when we did see each other. I would 100% recommend, this property, these hosts, and this location for a perfect little getaway :)

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and finding this space took a lot of stress away. Finding it was extremely easy and navigating through town was awesome. I had two of the brides maids with me so going back and forth a lot was easy. Instructions were clear and it was very comfortable. We loved our stay.

Marcia and Chip’s place was absolutely perfect for our sisters relaxing getaway weekend. It was extremely clean, relaxing, had everything we needed, and they were so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
