I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is nice, peaceful, and very clean, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The host is incredibly accommodating, allowing flexible check-in and check-out times, which made my stay even more convenient. I’ve stayed here twice already, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the place again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

The place is beautiful, and the host is very accommodating and kind. The kitchenware is complete, and if you need anything, the host provides it right away. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family and will definitely book again on my next visit!

We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

The host was very responsive. The unit was wide and spacious which I really liked. My boyfriend and I enjoyed cooking at the kitchenette. It was also good that they have a laundry machine. I will definitely book here again the next time I come home to the Iloilo.

Our stay was perfect!! Very modern, very clean, great location, everything you need in walking distance. Host made sure everything was perfect and made us feel at home. Also the best shower in the Philippines. Will be back next year and will highly recommend this place.

Nice place to stay at. Have a lot of amenities. complete package feels like home. I really appreaciate the free milo and the coffee since we already tired to buy some stuff since we keep walking around especially it's dinagyang festival we didn't have time to buy some drinks or food. We even try ordering at grab but since its dinagyang there's no driver available for food deliveries. So the milo and coffee are lifesaver😂😂 It is also walking distance to Sm Iloilo city. I really recommend Jasmine place she is also responsive! You should come and check it out.♥️

Lett is so friendly and helpful. Cris is a superstar and helped us tremendously, very kind and organized. The condo is close to esplanade, festive walk, SM, everything. These guys make sure everything is available inside the unit. it's clean, lots of kitchen equipment, even food and snacks. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, access to the roof deck to dry clothes, or you can even use the laundry service in the condos. 7/11 convenience store just a very short walk across the parking lot. everything, I mean everything is here. Big jug of filtered water ready for your use inside. Cris does a fantastic job keeping the unit maintained and working well. these guys are superstars. don't hesitate to book with them. This is the place folks. book it if you find it available!! You will not be disappointed 😉

Great condo at a great location! Ms. Connie, thank you for letting me check in early so I didn't have to sit at the airport for 3 hours. Loved the view and the condo had everything I needed. This was best airbnb I have rented in the Philippines 🇵🇭 so far.
