Great host and really responsive to our concerns and needs. Location and description of unit posted are accurate and well maintained. There are many things to do that are just a walk away or if you're a homebody this is a perfect getaway for a staycation. Highly recommended and thank you for having us during a hectic week of Dinagyang!

Place is clean and host is very responsive. The room design is very asthetic. Drinking water is free and may mga seasonings na din sa kitchen. And its really spacious.

We attended a convention at the ICON and Adele's place was perfect because it's only 3 minutes away from the venue. It's also close to the festive walk mall and parade where various restaurants and establishments are located. Easy to get around also especially when you use Grab. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived inside the place, I loved how clean and spotless the place was when we arrived. Felt like everything was new. The place fit the 4 of us, which is a plus. Adele was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with. Amenities was also great. Totally recommend the place. Will definitely book the place again when we go back.

The place is cozy, neat and nice. Well-lit and spacious. The best thing is if you are planning to cook, they have all necessary kitchen tools needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.

It was a good stay at Judy's place, (i stayed one night only) sparkling clean and have a calming and relaxing smell , a quiet night so I slept in . 5 minutes walk to SM City Mall where you can go on shopping and find food for your hungry tummy .Once visiting Iloilo again , I will definitely stay here again😊.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jo Irene’s condo. The unit was very clean. The bed was super comfy for a good nights rest. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay such as toilet paper, towels, soap, ect. The location of her condo is close to Megaworld and festive walk, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. The concierge and security are very efficient. Jo Irene is a great host. She is trust worthy, helpful, and very kind. You will feel very comfortable communicating with her. My overall experience at this condo is worth 5 stars!

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

Place was peaceful and quiet, very ideal for a staycation. The unit itself is also very well put together with all the possible items you might need. The host is also very responsive and the photos showed exactly what the unit would look like. Would definitely comeback.

Megan's Place is a great find for our trip. We had a convenient and worry-free stay for the weekend. Megan's Place is very accessible to SM Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo (less than 15min walk). While we were mostly away for the entire day, coming home to Megan's Place allowed us to comfortably relax. Our host, Regelyn, is very responsive and helpful to all of our inquiries and requests. We were allowed to checkin earlier and checkout at a later time. Overall, Megan's Place is highly recommended, especially for those seeking for the "homey feels" of being away from home.

Jamie’s place was beautifully decorated and looked exactly like the photos. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the local mall and restaurants. Jamie was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The front staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our needs.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at John’s place. Great interior, spacious rooms, and a great location when staying in the city.

The place has everything we need from cooking utensils to bath essentials. Will definitely book here again when visiting next time.

The place is beautiful, clean and tidy. I also love that we were welcomed by a cute little doggy stufftoy. I just hope that the blinds be in a darker shade coz it's too bright inside the room. But all in all, I am very satisfied coz the host is very kind to provide for a drinking water, shampoo, body wash etc. Thank you Sir Paul and Maam Daphne. 'Til our next transaction. 🙂
