Fernando always responded quickly, which made communication much easier. The accommodation is well located, close to the Dunas beach, supermarkets and a few minutes away from the center. We went in 2 cars and 1 needed to be parked on the street, which did not cause problems because the building had 24-hour concierge and being a seemingly safe place. I recommend Fernando and hosting to the community, I would stay again.

Gostei mt of the accommodation,all according to the photos ,the condominium and BOM has a good MT sauna, an easy access garage. About the apartment I thought I could improve the shower the water falls MT next to the wall , it could lengthen it a little bit more.

It was possible to enjoy it from the first day to the last thanks to the fact that the place offered is of quality in several aspects. From its location in a privileged point for its beauty, to its proximity to other places that make the day-to-day routine such as supermarkets, restaurants, etc. It is worth adding that the host takes her role seriously and provides solutions instantly. We would definitely come back.

Cátia is a superhost. She always responded to my pre-check-in questions quickly, objectively and kindly. She also gave me several tips about the city. My experience at the property was excellent. It was amazing, the place is wonderful and you feel totally at home! Very organized, clean and smelling , had games and helped a lot because we took a rainy day that couldn't get out and the environment helped to be quiet at the ap. I and my family loved staying at Raphael's place. The location is very good (near Cabo Frio and the beaches of Arraial do Cabo), not to mention that the condominium has a very good structure! We will definitely come back more often!

We very much like the stay, the apartment impeccable, beautiful, clean, with necessary utensils and very comfortable. In addition to the security of the condominium that was excellent. It is close to a supermarket, bakery and cafeterias. We managed to reach the beach walking as well. Mr. Paulo answers all the questions super fast and is very attentive.

Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we got to our exit we were very well assisted. The house has an excellent structure, is very well taken care of, has jacuzzi and BBQ area. We arrived and the freezer and refrigerator were already on. Very clean linen and towels were provided. As a differential they still provide beach chairs and a special affection with children's sand toys. The house is in front of the beach of João Fernandes, the most beautiful in b***s. I would like to leave a special thank you to Leni, who has welcomed us wonderfully well, very attentive, makes flawless food and makes the stay even better!!

The accommodation met expectations, it is very close to the beach, a few minutes walk to Geriba beach. The residence is close to the leisure area ( swimming pool) of the condominium, which was very interesting for us. The staff of the condominium is always helpful and polite. The communication with the owner was good, as expected, our requests were met. The residence is complete, with all the items needed for a good stay.

The house is spectacular, better than in the photos. Super equipped for the stay, several bathrooms, ideal for large groups, additional items such as sun loungers and umbrella, it has access to Playa Das Velas, the condominium is super quiet and family-friendly. It has a very good shared gazebo too. The attention from Saulo and all the people in the Condominium was also very good. It's far from downtown, but we got around very well with transfer and Uber, you're a few minutes away. It has a supermarket nearby and the location is very quiet.

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). I recommend the house to those looking for tranquility and security.

The house is wonderful! Extremely clean, organized, perfect location, close to Rua das Pedras and glued to oven beach that is one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Michel was a formidable host and his assistant Vania was amazing. Nos has helped too much, super solicit, attentive and friendly. If God permits we will come back many times! Great place in Cape cold, super clean, with everything you need for the day-to-day in a house. Fast internet and easy access to the main beaches. recommend it!

I'm not a public review, but I always read the reviews that help me decide. So I'm starting to leave some of my experience. Luciana's house is wonderful! The condominium is very quiet and with very friendly people. Everything impeccable! It was just not very clear to me the issue of towels and sheets and I ended up not taking it. However, she offered me the towels and linens that were already in the beds (but not very good). So lightweight: bed and bath linens, soap, toilet paper (she leaves two rolls) and phosphor. Important also leave your home with the location it sends, as if you put it by the address you go to another location. She takes time to respond, so do this in advance. The site is about 30 minutes from the Centre in the day and about 40 min at night because of traffic. But, nearby there is Porto da Barra at Manguinhos beach which is wonderful! And is a block from Rasa Beach. Anyway, we had a wonderful weekend!

Check-in was very good, the host was very nice and explained everything to us, the bathroom was very clean and tidy, the pool was also very clean. A very cozy and nice place. One block from the train station and a business and restaurant, everything was great.
