Simple decoration,the space was made to accommodate in comfort,excellent interior space,all rooms with fans , large balcony with barbecue,Wi-Fi that picks up from the entire house. Parking for up to two cars. Excellent location for those who want to travel to Buzios and Arraial do Cabo, 5 minutes from Dunas beach and 15 from Forte beach. Very satisfied with the property, close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, pet store, general commerce. The apto. is very cozy, safe neighborhood, exactly as described, really a find. The very well-equipped kitchen with misteira, airfryer, electric barbecue, crockery in general, silverware, bowls, glasses. We will definitely return.

An excellent place to stay in Buzios, especially for couples. It is as it appears in the photos, a clean place and everything in good condition. The location is very good and quiet. Fernanda is very friendly and attentive, and is very willing to help. You can get around with Uber for the rest of the places and the beach. We went to Rua das Pedras and practically to almost all the beaches of Buzios, and the most we waited in the car was 15 minutes. Geriba beach is a 13-minute walk and a 3-minute walk from Porto do Barra, the best sunset in Buzios.

We hosted in one of the best covers in view of the beautiful Dunes, much larger space than the photos (and look we went to 7 people) and we were comfortable , the very helpful host always ready to help and responding promptly only have compliments my family and I love and hope to return next year.

The house is quite comfortable. I went with a group of 7 people who were well accommodated, the house is 5 minutes from the beach and on a quiet street. We managed to do everything on foot, market, bakery, beach, warehouse, everything is close, including the Praça do Peró. The owner of the house and caretaker always ready to communicate. I found the house clean and well equipped as well. Quiet Condominium. I hope to come back again!!!

We had a beautiful stay, the house has all the amenities. Equipped kitchen, the same in the bedrooms. It has a ventilation system with windows that we hardly used the air. The best part is the view and the pool. The atmosphere is better than expected. We hope to return Recommended for families, it is a gated and safe neighborhood. We got around in Uber and they go as far as the complex.
