The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

Our beach house offers you the best of coastal living. This holiday home consists of a two bedroom art deco home, with two large self contained cottage studios, sleeps up to 17 with a maximum of 14 adults. The top bunks are not suitable for adult guests. It's the ideal pad for family or friends to get together and enjoy. The accommodation is spacious, bright, massive indoor and outdoor areas, with off street parking for 5 cars. Positioned in much sought after "Old Torquay".

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. Lovely stay for two families for five nights. House was well set up with plenty of beds. Only downside was we had some young babies who woke early and sound travelled very well in the early hours. Other than that though the house was perfect for us. Great spot. Walking distance to the surf beach (not the flag beach), cafe close by. Pub walking distance. Would stay again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze for a very special occasion. Simon, the host, was fantastic! His communication was prompt and accomodating, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house itself is just wonderful. Very clean, beautifully decorated with a homely, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Every room had with everything we needed, and the natural light upstairs was just gorgeous, giving the whole space a warm, holiday feel. It truly felt like we were away on vacation and not just staying at someone’s house! The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset walk. Great place to unwind, play board games, and enjoy a BBQ in the outdoor space. The home is an ideal retreat for relaxation and quality time with family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend Ocean Breeze!

Loved our stay, clear instructions. Ad wasn’t clear enough, said 4 bedrooms. Was 3 bedrooms and a bungalow which was fine. Also instructions said no noise after 10pm on weekends and neighbor knocked on the door at 9.40pm on Friday and told us too turn our music down. Was watching the clock and was going to turn the music down at 10pm. We were a group of 6 adults aged 50+ enjoying some music. That part was pretty disappointing apart from that we were very happy with location and the house.

My Family from NSW, QLD, and SA stayed for 5 nights. We had an amazing experience. The atmosphere of the place felts like your own house . Complete amenities, We loved the kitchen which has all the cooking utensils and serving platters. Great location, near to the beach and 5 mins drive from different supermarkets. It is a big place , great for a big family :). Definitely, we're coming back here again. 5/5
