Our stay was wonderful! Great place for both adults and kids. Patti’s descriptions were extremely accurate. So many games and activities to do right at the home. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I have seen too!

We planed a LAST moment trip with our family. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids of multiple ages and we ALL had an amazing time and comfortable stay. We love Bemus point as a location and went and enjoyed walks around town and the sunset. Debbie was an absolute pleasure and a very gracious host. We loved her dog as well and will definitely book here again.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

The home is gorgeous as is the location! It's private yet close to town. The home was clean and there was a lot of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We absolutely LOVED the heated pool. The kids & adults had a blast swimming all weekend. Since we stayed towards the end of October, the nights and mornings were really cold so we needed the heat. We had trouble getting the heat to work downstairs but they were really responsive and helped walk us through getting it to turn on. Then they sent someone out in the morning to make sure everything was good. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up properly so we didn't really use it that much. Overall, we had such a wonderful weekend away with friends and would definitely love to come back in the future!

The best experience that we have had in Elicottville, and my group of 8 to 10 has been coming for years. This home is roomy, clean, private, has beautiful views, and is a short drive to downtown Elicottville. We will definitely try and stay here again next year.

A great house! The house is warm which is always nice after a day outside skiing. Plus the hot tub is amazing. Make sure you start it when you arrive, it takes a while to warm up!

Bradley's place was perfect for our family get together after the Christmas day holiday. Communication was excellent. This year the skiing was excellent for down hill and X country. The house is within walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants in Ellicottville. The whole house was very clean and the kitchen items that were needed for our meals were perfect. The large dining room table was much appreciated. All the holiday decorations were festive, and we got some great photos with the backdrops. Thank you Bradley and Kim!

Our stay was great! Very nice house. Well put together and kept. Plenty of amenities including pool table in front room and heated game room with shuffleboard table, dart board and beer fridge. Hot tub in the back yard was great. Large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. A couple beers in the hot tub after a long day of skiing is a must. Very rejuvenating! House had a ton of amenities with nice TV's and plenty of towels. They had nice towels for bathing and beach towels for the hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Ample bed space for 10 people (all adults), without using the pull-out couch off of the living room. Even the room with the pull-out couch had curtains for privacy if you need to use this too. The kitchen is large and nice and has 3 yes 3 sinks. Impressive! Plenty of cookware and dishware. Everything we needed. Lastly, they provide many little extras. Great attention to detail. Well done! Highly recommend!!!

We had a great weekend at Eric’s place. Everything was as described, very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a short walk to restaurants and shops.

This beautiful house tucked in among grapevines was the perfect weekend getaway for myself and my girlfriends. The house had everything we needed to make dinner and plenty of seating both for dining and relaxing in the living room. The location to downtown Fredonia and the University was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The hosts went above and beyond in stocking the home with everything we could possibly need, from high-end kitchen essentials to cozy blankets and fire wood. If you’re looking for a five-star mountain escape with comfort, convenience, and stunning scenery, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

Great home, very clean with everything we needed. We enjoy walking, the area seemed safe and had areas to walk. Convenient to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at Claire's House in Bemus Point, NY. There are eight in our party with a dog. All the instructions and communications were clear and helpful. The layout of the house is great for our group. We can spread out in different rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms and baths are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We are hoping to schedule soon for Thanksgiving 2025, Two families are from the Berkshires in Western MA and one from Indianapolis. Claire' s home is conveniently in the middle. Bemus Point is very walkable. Bustling in the summer and quiet in winter. There are several places to eat even in winter. No driving necessary.

This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

This was our second stay at one of Genevieve's properties. We loved the decor, the comfortable rooms and the very convenient location close to the ski resort and the town of Ellicottville.

Colleen's attention to detail and the "little" things was phenomenal. During our email exchange prior to our visit, I mentioned something in passing and she took it upon herself to act on that. There was in no way anything expected and she went ahead and added a little detail that was very kind and appreciated. She has shelves and a closet with little things that might be forgotten or something that you might find need of when the nearby stores aren't open or it's the middle of the night and you're warm and cozy inside. Her decorating sense allows me to revisit childhood memories of going to Gramp and Gramma's house, and that was much appreciated as well. The back portion of the lot has a fire pit, complete with a rack of firewood at the ready, a picnic table to one side, and even has marshmallow sticks tucked away inside the house. A gas grill by the back deck, another table, party lights, and a privacy screen (if desired), and I'm at a loss as to what else could be needed.
