Spacious, great value. TVs in every room. Large kitchen. Exactly what we needed for a group stay and close to Colonial Williamsburg.

Overall we had a great stay! The place looked like the pictures and was clean. You check in at the main center on the property and then they direct you on how to get to the building. Lots to do, but you definitely have to drive everywhere.

Igor was amazing. I was very tired and exhausted after a long flight from Italy, nor did I have access to wifi at the time with my Italian phone. I was having difficulty checking in, but he stepped in very quickly and remedied the situation. Afterwards check in was a breeze. The property was beautiful. The unit was perfect and very clean. There was more than enough room for my two daughters, my granddaughter, and myself. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanksgiving was wonderful there. We regretted having to leave. I cannot say how wonderful, helpful, and professional Igor is. He responded very quickly to my emails and followed up to ensure everything was up to and above standard. This was well after the 9-5 business hours. He stayed in contact until he was assured I was completely checked into my unit. I was very impressed and relaxed knowing he was there (in email) if I needed anything. That quality of service definitely goes a long way in my book. His quick action and response was very reassuring; especially for a solo female traveler. I would definitely call Igor again when I return to the area. Highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. Dishes / remotes etc were intuitively placed and easy to use. Checking in looked complicated, but when we got there, everything moved smoothly. My daughter is difficult to impress, but over and over she stated how nice the accommodations were.

Absolutely beautiful home in Somerset. So cozy/clean inside and beautiful location/views. Heidi was responsive and flexible with us over the holiday. Close enough to wineries/Charlottesville proper. Such a picturesque setting for our Thanksgiving holiday. Would stay here again - book it!

We had a great time. Scott was very proactive in letting me know exactly what to do to check in. I had a couple questions and I don’t think it took him more than 10 minutes to get back to me. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. I was very impressed overall and would love to stay there again.

We had a nice 2 night stay at Carlos’s airbnb. It was very clean and spacious. The cookies were a welcome treat! The lock on our apt door was tricky but Carlos helped us immediately. The location is quiet but not walkable to any attractions in Richmond.

It was really nice. My family enjoyed it. Clean spacious easy access to restaurants. Highly recommended. We will definitely go back

Great place to stay

Great value, clean and well equipped. Sadly we had a very stressful delay at the resort check in desk as we were told our booking had been cancelled. After a phone call and several messages we were eventually given a new reservation number from Sam the Host and the reception desk quickly made up for our delay with a free upgrade to a renovated unit. The location is great for local sightseeing at Jamestown, Williamsburg and York Town. The pool and gym facilities at the complex were put to good use during our stay, we had the pool to ourselves on a couple of occasions.

The space was lovely and I had a nice stay. John was very communicative & helpful.

Anytime we’re in Williamsburg we always stay at William’s property. Very helpful, great location and very communicative.

We had a great stay here! Kids loved the pool! We were far enough away from the hustle bustle, but still close enough! Perfect spot!
