Vacation rentals with a fireplace in James Island

Great location for us. We thought the house was clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Summerville at Colleen’s lovely cottage. She had it all decorated for the holidays so it was like walking into a magical setting and we loved it! It was the perfect place for our visit with family nearby and it made our stay so special. It was just as perfect for our little Jack Russell, Jax…he loved the surroundings as much as we did! We would highly recommend Colleen’s place to anyone wanting a cozy, comfortable cottage in historic Summerville!

Our family hosted a small Christmas celebration and Avocado Abode was just a perfect location for families gathering as well as enjoying the Holiday lights of Park Circle. Plenty of room to cook and seating was excellent. Beds were comfy and suited our guests! Thank you to Kat and Nick for making this Holiday shine and being such gracious hosts! We will be back.

We loved staying at this place. It was clean and comfortable. Most of all it was so convenient to the city or beach or fair. Great neighborhood, too. The hosts communicated well and my family all recommend this West Ashley find.

Amy was a very good and responsive host. Entry was easy, amenities were many, lots of kitchen supplies. Beds and sheets were comfortable, many clean towels. Super host indeed.

The perfect place for our couples get away for our friends 40th birthday celebration! The house was clean and fairly close to downtown. We enjoyed our time here. Anything we needed, Henry was responsible and helpful!

Great location, spacious home, all as listed. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Home is older as are the furnishings. Everything is easy access from this location! Dead end street, just off of a major thoroughfare, we didn't have a bad meal anywhere in the area. Visited Angel Oak tree, Deep Water Winery, Charleston Tea Garden, Folly Beach, Boone Plantation, the SEE IT ALL tour was great. planned to take the Harbor sunset tour but had accessibility issues. Highly recommend Angel Oak Restaurant, 82 Queen for THE BEST She Crab Soup, and Uncorked Wine bar on King Street. Husk is overrated, even though the food was good, service was fantastic. Everyone we met was super friendly and always made suggestions for other places for us to try. Also the host at this location is very responsive and helpful!

This home was perfect for our family of 5. All spaces were clean and comfortable and well stocked with necessities. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. The location was convenient to all the fun and interesting things the Charleston area has to offer. We visit several times a year to see family and will definitely look to book this wonderful space again!

What a wonderful stay we had in this stunning remodeled gem located in a great area. The beds were so comfortable and beautifully decorated as well as sleep masks and earplugs provided in each room if needed. The 3 ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers were gorgeous and well stocked. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Charleston. A private parking space is provided which is nice since parking is limited, however must be able to walk 2 blocks from the home to parking lot. Thank you Olivia and Alex for thinking of everything and for the nice bottle of wine!

Brett had a great location for our quick trip to Charleston. It was easy to get to places downtown and the loft was easy to find. We had a great time and was perfect for our trip.

Quiet neighborhood, lots of space inside, and matched description perfectly. A quick 20 minute drive to most everything in downtown.

My daughter needed a place to stay on very short notice. Paula was extremely friendly, responsive and communicative. Paula's place was perfect for my daughter's needs at the time - and she truly enjoyed her stay. Thank you Paula for being an awesome host! Keep up the great work you are doing, and wonderful service you are providing!

The townhouse was exactly as advertised. It's clean, modern, uncluttered and very comfortable. The location is close to many restaurants and stores. It's a great spot if you want to do things in Mt Pleasant, downtown and beyond. I appreciated the side yard for my puppy and look forward to chilling more out there next time we're in town. The neighbors we encountered were friendly which is always a big plus.

we had to leave sooner than an expected due to an issue in the condo but Matt was super quick to respond and helpful in trying to resolve. The condo is perfect and full of southern charm and the location is perfect with lots to do and great restaurants. Definitely coming back!!

Spacious, well appointed & decorated, convenient to king st restaurants and shopping.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

Cameron’s villa at Kiawah was a perfect destination for two couples that had a wedding to attend. Walkable to The Sanctuary and The Nest, quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. Cameron was also quite flexible when it came to us extending our stay for one night. We will definitely be back!

This was a great spot for our group of three women. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to prepare some meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The family room was a great space to hang out together. This was a great location and a quick walk to the private beach area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

Would definitely come back! This place is beautiful and close to the beach. Private and beautiful surroundings. The beds are comfortable and the place is beautiful! Perfect place for the family or for two. Plenty of space and love the balcony with a pictiresque view. Lots of nature to see from the balcony. I came here because I was running the Kiawah Island Marathon and it was so convenient to stay here. This is the perfect place to stay if you are running this race or just vacationing.
