Beachfront vacation rentals in Jam Jerrup

We stayed at Denise’s place over the Lunar New Year school holiday and really had a great time at the Cowes house. There were 10 of us including children and we had a comfortable space for all of us. Denise and Henrik were very helpful and responsive. The house location is quite close to the nearest beach and town centre. We had a really wonderful time spending the 3 days that we were there at the nearby attractions at the Philip Island visiting Koala Sanctuary, the Nobbies, Churchill Island and the Penguin Parade.

We absolutely loved staying at Jenny's gorgeous home. It was so unbelievably spacious, very clean, and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. We especially loved the wide balcony that overlooked the front garden and the tall gums that were home to many beautiful birds. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

I took my mum away for a few days and Jennifer’s place was perfect for the two of us and my dog. We loved sitting outside and looking out at the water. The place was spacious and lots of bits and pieces in the kitchen, bathroom, and dog items. We were close to the beach and a great little cafe. The main street was walkable too.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

David was very responsive and flexible with the check in time. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night!

We only stayed for one night and wish it had been more. It is such a special property and relaxing location. Highly recommend staying at least a few nights so you can really take advantage of this unique property. Will was super responsive and helpful. A wonderful host.

Penny's place was in a perfect location in Rosebud, with an easy 5 min walk to the beach. It was a special place with lots of character, and had everything you need for a beach weekend away. Beds were very comfy too!

All I can say is wow! Photos do not do this place justice, it is so much bigger in real life. Michelle is a very responsive host and the instructions were clear and timely

Wonderful location very nice design the spa and pool was great the only problem was we couldn’t use the spa late at night because of the next door nabour We can’t put the kids on mute when they are having fun in the pool

Spectacular views across Melbourne city and Port Phillip Bay. Convenient location to Southern Cross station and free tram zone. Victoria always replied promptly to any messages.

We had a fantastic time here. Perfectly located near shops and beach and the pool was perfect for kids (and adults) it was always warm. The kids also loved the massive bath and comfortable beds. We will be back again.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

I could sit forever in the red chair reading, sleep forever in the comfy bed and work for a very long time at the beautiful wooden table looking out to the Bougainvillea. A beautiful retreat full of colour and comfort. There is a very long list of positives here....

We stayed at Tina’s residence and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was very easy to communicate with and assisted us with early check in for our convenience. The property was clean and well stocked-up with all the essentials you need. Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely be back! Thank you Tina!!

An Airbnb that is better than what is described to you! Access straight to the beach from the backyard, with an outdoor shower to wash off all the sand. Host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

lucy and ollies place was better than the pics, it was so spacious. great location, walkable to all shops resturants and beach in rosebud which was perfect will kids and older ppl. lucy and ollie had great suggetions of restaurants and places and contact with them was always easy and friendly.

House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

Rowena's home was the best Airbnb we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and some. the kitchen was amazing. we love to cook. Not only utensils and appliances, Rowena also has a pantry with the basics for you. she is the hostess with the mostest!!!! if ever on the peninsula we will stay again. Best ever.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for morning walks and sunset views. The host is great and friendly! Gave us great tips! If you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway with all the comforts of home, this is the perfect spot.

We spent 10 days around. Christmas in this wonderful newly built property with four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double shower and his/hers stone sinks plus a dressing room. Very large sitting/dining area with extremely well equipped kitchen, laundry room. All beautifully appointed. The outside dining and seating area was excellent as was the fire pit. It was a short walk to No 5 beach and 20 min walk to Doyle’s Beach. We were a three generation group of 6 adults and 2 children and the property was perfect for us. We would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Our stay at Safety Beach at John’s place was neat, clean and a great location for a beach stay on the peninsula. It was lovely to be greeted by a friendly host after a long drive and what we were looking for on the weekend. John shared some activities to do in the area and shops near by. Nothing was ever a problem if we had questions and would stay again when in the area. Thank you John & Andrew.

Absolutely amazing place. It was a home away from home, except with a sensational view. Looking forward to staying again!
