A lovely place to experience Yelapa! Loved having our own semi-private feeling beach of Playa Isabel away from the larger public beach. The host did a great job of having us be prepared with things like a flashlight for the nighttime walks back from dinner and the water taxi schedule. Had all the amenities we needed, and the place was clean and well maintained. The manager lives on site and was around quite a bit and it's a shared kitchen and living room area.

Isael is a great host. Will always look to book one of his managed properties whenever I'm in Pérula area. He's very fast at communication and supportive with guest stay needs. Property was well kept and he responded quickly to offer help.

What a beautiful property perfect location so quiet we had the place to ourselves since it was the low season! I agree photos do not do it justice we had never been to Bucerías and we will for sure come back to this friendly safe town! Perfect Stay

Our stay at this beachfront apartment was absolutely incredible! The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. The private rooftop was a highlight, perfect for BBQing and enjoying the stunning views of the beach. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the lively town and plenty of dinner options within walking distance. The beach was pristine, with fun boat tours available, and the sand was perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Overall, a truly lovely experience, and we hope to return again some day! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mexican beach getaway.

I've stayed at a few AirBnb's and this one has so far been our best experience. The place is exactly as it appears in photos and we didn't have to spend anytime figuring anything out because Juan Carlo's provided us with all the information we needed. This is an incredible place and we hope to return next year.

The Sayulita Oasis was the perfect setting for my 40th getaway. Enough room for me and my 15 friends to spread out, have our own space and bathrooms (a must while traveling). The location is perfect for accessing the north end (mellower vibe) of the beach while still being a 10min walk to the center of town. Any issues that arose on property were handled swiftly and efficiently. The only thing I would add to the description is that there is a lot of noise that filters in from the street and on the weekends it was incredibly loud in the first casita. All in all, it was a wonderful space. I can’t wait to go back.

The place and the service when we arrived I loved it, I just didn't like that on the page it says that there is parking and there is no, although I was told that the place is safe, I was looking for a place with parking as it said on the page, apart from that everything was very good, the place was clean, very nice, there was fresh fruit when we arrived, they gave us a guide and very good recommendations. I would definitely return.

We loved it so much. Basically on the beach. It felt secure without being locked away. Nicolas was so helpful. Brindi the dog was lovely. Friendly neighbours. A short walk into town to get groceries. Amazing food options all over. Everything was affordable.

We loved Jose Luis' bungalow. It's a simple house, with a beautiful little gated garden (gorgeous flowers and trees) set inside a small complex with other houses with a long shared yard that goes right down to the lake front. The kayaks and bikes (including a trailer that could carry 2 small kids!) were the best part of the rental for us. The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table and badminton set. It's an easy walk to central Ajijic and the main carretera, but far enough that it's very peaceful. We'd happily return!

Tem was right on any questions or help needed his English was very good, and he had a friendly manner. Patio was large, nicely furnished, with greenery along one wall Space was bright, big, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable My favourite part was the large wooden dining table, which was high quality wood. Decor was tasteful.

Higuera Blanca is a gem of a town and this place was great. Large grounds, awesome pool, and a jacuzzi. We used all of it. Communication was great. We rented all three casitas for our family of 6 and it worked out great. The teenagers had some space of their own. It was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Great home base for all our exploring!
