Mel’s place was clean. Instantly adjusted ourselves and felt comfortable after 1-2 days. Place requires transportation as the entrance of guard house to house was quite far in. We took grab 100% of the time so we have no issue. Nearby to Vista Mall, SM Molino, SOMO market, Molino Town House Centre & a 15 mins drive to Evia Lifestyle Mall.

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

Our family enjoyed our stay! The listing is as described, but even much better in person with great views from the living and dining room, as well as the rooftop. In the morning you can wake up to a sea of clouds that Tanay is famous for. We were able to have a bonfire set-up at night and roasted hotdogs and marshmallows in the cool night breeze. House is clean and very spacious, very pet-friendly (we brought our 4 shih tzus), wifi was fast and reliable. We had everything we needed in their kitchen. They are also right beside restaurants so we could just walk next door to eat. The caretaker Ate Riza was very helpful and kind, and gave us buko juice upon our arrival. Naomi the host was very responsive to messages and inquiries and made booking their place a breeze. Thank you!

I had a really great stay at Poo's place. It was clean and SMELLED GOOD! Also appreciated the free shampoo since i forgot to bring my own. When i requested for additional toilet paper, I received it right away. Would recommend this place and would book it again!

We had a great stay at Casa Cuatro. The private and serene place was able to accommodate our team's get together with lots of stories and laughter. The host, James, was lenient on our karaoke hours upon our request (with the condition of lowering the karaoke noise). To add, we love the comfortable rooms! We had a good sleep with the working ACs, clean rooms and linens. :D A tip for the other guests would be to consider bringing disposables although the place already have the plates, cups and utensils for you to enjoy more the time spent especially, for big groups as the dinnerwares might not ne enough for the maximum of 27 people. ;)

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

This has been one of, if not the smoothest transaction of any kind that I’ve encountered, no hitches, glitches, issues and the like. Place is awesome as expected, beautiful neighborhood, even the guards at the entrance didn’t give us any attitude as I would sometimes experience in similar places. Area is likewise awesome as you can easily drive towards the main thoroughfare, and basically go around Tagaytay quickly sans some light traffic mostly by vehicles turning left/right to enter restaurants and such. Anthony, the host is quite knowledgeable, courteous and proactive. We’ll definitely aim to come back again soon, summer maybe when the weather’s more agreeable and we can do more outdoor activities.

This cozy retreat exceeded our expectations! Specially for its price, it’s worth it! We paid additional 750 pesos for the outdoor pool and projector and it’s worth it! The outdoor pool even had a heater. Me and my partner celebrated our anniversary here and we definitely enjoyed our stay we got to extend more hours 😅 Loved the cozy atmosphere of the house as well. Consider adjusting the TV to a comfortable viewing height. Also, the host is accommodating and answered all our messages. We even had an option to order cooked rice since we did not have any and have it delivered to us! Note: Bring mosquito repellent malamok na sa hapon. Will surely recommend this Airbnb!

We had an amazing stay here. We booked this airbnb for our family’s Christmas party. It was a last minute planning & was glad to happen to find this airbnb despite this month being a peak season for gatherings. The place was spacious enough for us to do all our planned activities, even played games. The place is perfect for big families like us. The host and the caretaker were accomodating and gave instructions that were easy to follow. We had a pleasant and enjoyed our stay.
