Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Jacksonville

This location offered exactly what we were looking for. Chris and Codie were willing to work with us to make a memorable vacation for my family. Thank you!

Lovely location, spacious unit. WiFi was excellent. Walkable to all of historic downtown. Parking is easy, with a dedicated space behind the building, included in the price. Cleaning could have been better — lots of debris and a plastic bag left under the couch, plastic cup and glass beer bottle in a planter outside, but nothing to get worked up about. On the last night unfortunately there was a leak due to some torrential downpour.

We love staying here! The location is perfect. We parked on Friday and never got back in the car until Sunday. Walked everywhere enjoyed the restaurants and the historic downtown area. Will definitely be back. Sandy is an amazing host and we can’t say enough about her place !! Thank you

You can't beat this location. The parking lot is directly across the street, but we ditched our vehicle for the majority of our stay because everything is walkable from this apartment. We commented numerous times that this location is about as good as it gets in Wilmington.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Thank you for helping us Brandon.

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

Loved, loved this place. We are already talking about our next stay. Only minor concern as lighting for the stairs, but we worked that out with our phone flashlights. We definitely return.

Right on the main street & within walking distance to everything.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Our stay was just lovely! The house was spotless when we arrived and parking was excellent (off the street spots), and Kyler was a great host. Plenty of space for 6. Cute coffee shop and breakfast place within a 5 minute walk was a great perk! Safe and quiet location. Easy to drive or walk downtown (the walk was just over a mile). Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice house in a wonderful location, beds were comfortable, host was responsive. The four of us (2 couples) stayed 2 nights and had a fabulous weekend.

Julie’s place was wonderful! My mother, my son’s girlfriend and I traveled to Jacksonville to attend his SOI Graduation. We were so comfortable and happy with our accommodations. It was very peaceful and as soon as we walked into the house, we truly felt at home! Every room is decorated so nicely, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need. The beds are super comfortable and there was even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. Julie was very friendly and easy to communicate. She was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again, I will definitely book Julie’s place again!😊

Cassi was able to accommodate our last minute housing needs. We were very appreciative.

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

I absolutely adore Linda's home. I love the location, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the view from the balcony, and the surrounding area. I traveled to Atlantic Beach for a business trip, and I'm so glad I choose to stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. It was the perfect mini getaway and Linda was the perfect host.

This place was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The location was great, we walked to several local restaurants and we were just a short walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Anita’s condo had every amenity you could think of! Beautiful furnishings, view and location. Our first time renting with Airbnb and as frequent travelers it will not be our last. Anita definitely has her act together and it showed! Could not have been more pleased with our weekend experience. We hope to return next year and use Anita and her wonderful condo. We even got to watch dolphins from her balcony. So glad we went.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend. Walk to the beach get coffee in the morning go shopping all in one place I will be back!
