We love staying here! The location is perfect. We parked on Friday and never got back in the car until Sunday. Walked everywhere enjoyed the restaurants and the historic downtown area. Will definitely be back. Sandy is an amazing host and we can’t say enough about her place !! Thank you

This is a lovely Airbnb. Great location, well stocked with thoughtful items such as throw blankets, makeup wipes and Keurig pods. It is walkable to great restaurants and the waterfront and the parking pass was so convenient as parking is right in that area. Super quiet also.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Great location. Pull out couch worked for two small kids. Having the side yard with direct access to unit was convenient for the do to go out .

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

Can I give more than 5 stars? This was the most well appointed, well-decorated property we have ever stayed in. From the pocket office to the kitchen appliances to the high-end finishes this place was a real gem. Ample tea, coffee and toiletries, as well as towels, laundry supplies and more. We were lacking nothing! The neighborhood is experiencing a revitalization and while it certainly had an urban vibe, you could tell the area was both safe as well as filled with many restaurants, shops, wine bars, etc. Host was very responsive as well.

We loved staying at this place! The house was cute and the back porch swing made me incredibly happy! Close to the beach, close to good places to eat and shop. Would definitely go to again!!

This artsy, eclectic coastal home was a great spot for our young family. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful and unexpected amenities, like a variety of snacks, coffee, toiletries, and an abundance of towels and cozy blankets. And a TV in every room, with multiple streaming apps for rainy days. It felt like everything we could possibly need was right at our fingertips. The house itself was decorated with a unique mix of coastal artwork and musical instruments, giving it a creative and inviting atmosphere. Despite being conveniently located to downtown Wilmington, the home was surprisingly quiet—especially at night. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into creating a warm and welcoming experience, and it shows.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful, convenient location. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Would certainly stay here again!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

We had a great time at Suzanne's place for my mom's 70th birthday getaway. Wrightsville is a favorite of ours and being right on the ocean was fantastic! Plenty of room for the four of us and the balcony was perfection!

Would highly recommend! This was our first visit to Emerald Isle and the stay here made our visit worthwhile. Its walking distance to the beach so I loved that we could just walk over after breakfast! The condo was clean and all the listed amenities were available. John was also very responsive and worked with us through the whole booking process!

If you're looking a quiet, peaceful place to stay this definitely fits the bill. Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to local eateries and shops. Well appointed kitchen, if cooking is your thing on vacation. Very comfortable living room furniture and a quality mattress. The cleanliness of the entire condo was worth 5 stars alone. Linda was prompt to reply and made sure everything was okay during your stay. Would definitely return for another getaway!

This place was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The location was great, we walked to several local restaurants and we were just a short walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Cute studio, just 1 minute walk from the beach. Host was very friendly, responsive, and proactive in their communication. Would stay here again.

Jim and Nora were excellent hosts. They communicated so quickly. The condo is soooo clean and comfortable. Being a sea turtle lover, I felt very at home with the decor. This condo is so very close to the beach and made it so convenient for us to just go whenever we wanted. We brought binoculars and were able to see the comet each night right from the deck. The deck has an ocean view and a great place to sit and relax with coffee in AM and wine at night. We were lucky to have great weather. It was off season so Jim and Nora let us in earlier and let us leave later. What a great weekend at a beautiful place that had everything we needed! The hosts were so welcoming and generous! We will happily be back!
