Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

Josh & Kayla have a beautiful place in a quiet, peaceful, and private location. They were very responsive and maintain an extremely clean place with great beach decor and plenty of space for our family. They generously provided a pack-n-play and bouncer for our littlest one so we would not have to travel with these items. This is always a huge help for us! They even surprised our girls with an Easter egg hunt as we were staying the week leading up to Easter. Castle Hayne is a short drive from Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach and not too far from Cartoons Beach. We will not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in the Wilmington area. Thank you, Josh & Kayla!

The home was beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean! Even smelled great LOL. Beds were very comfortable, and there were tons of available amenities from Hair dryers to air purifiers, extra blankets, kitchen supplies and utensils, shower consumables... they really thought of everything. Even found scotch tape and scissors in a drawer when I needed them! Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for my family of four plus my mom. It was super close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. The house was spic and span and adorable. I realized as we were checking out that there was a pack n play for my 1 year old under the one bed. I don’t know if that was listed as an amenity or not but either way that is a great plus for future families. Next time we’re in Wilmington, we will be staying here. Can’t recommend enough!

We had an AMAZING time at Charlie and Devan’s place!! They were so responsive and so sweet. The place was immaculate and the neighborhood was great to walk the dogs around in, safe and quiet. The bed was super comfy and NO outside noise. But still close to downtown and the beach, it was an awesome location. Old-school games made me feel right at home! And for my fellow shower-nerd travelers - great water pressure too! And they left us a gift basket, which was super above and beyond! Would definitely book again!

This place was absolutely amazing! Dead on in person as it relates to the photos with it being a smidge better in person. It’s hard to see how clean and attention to detail this property is in a photo. My family and I had a wonderful stay. Peyman was very responsive and polite. We will definitely be reserving again in the future. You will not be disappointed I can assure you of that. Definitely a hidden gem.
